The food was fantastic, and I'm glad I chose to sit down and enjoy it while exploring the market. It's important to note that Amish Village Kitchen isn't a standalone restaurant or truly Amish, but it’s situated conveniently in the center aisle of the market. While the portions were on the smaller side and a bit overpriced, the quality made up for it. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and the chicken was unbelievably tender—probably the best cutlet I've ever had, even if the roll was a tad disappointing. Despite the small portion sizes, the service stood out. The staff was polite, friendly, and provided excellent service, which added to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. With good specials posted on the wall, it's worth stopping by if you're at the market. Although it's not a destination in itself, the food is delicious, especially the burgers, which I find myself craving. The cream cheese was just right, and the egg sandwich came with a freshly made egg, which I appreciate. It did seem small, but that was probably because it was so good it disappeared fast! The food is undeniably delicious, and I'd love to rate this place 5 out of 5 stars. However, the portion sizes don't quite match up to the price. The sandwiches feel a bit small for what they're charging. While it's a minor complaint compared to the overall experience, it does leave you wanting a bit more. Regardless, I'll definitely be back.

We ended the meal with a layered chocolate cake and strawberry ice cream, which was the perfect sweet finish. Union & Finch offers the best brunch in the Lehigh Valley. Whenever friends ask for a recommendation, this place is my top choice. The service is consistently great, with friendly and helpful staff. The drink selection, whether alcoholic or not, is excellent, and the mimosa flights are a highlight. My wife and I enjoyed the Pigs in a Blanket, Grilled Halloumi, and the Avocado Smash Benedict special during brunch. Reservations are a good idea for weekends, whether dining in for brunch or dinner. Awesome place! We just arrived in the USA from Europe and drove directly from Newark to here. The first thing we did was get some food at this beautifully designed spot. The atmosphere was nice and the food was great. Our waitress, Cassie, was fantastic and very helpful as we navigated the menu for the first time. I had never visited a Cracker Barrel before, being from the UK, and wow! The portions were so generous—I even ended up with boxes to go. My meal, with slaw and chips (French fries), was around 1750 calories, and that's not even counting the half-a-chicken option! Definitely plan to hit the gym afterward. We visited in early August, and they were already decked out for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas. It was great to see them ahead of the game. The store itself is worth a visit for a great selection of trinkets and memorabilia. For anyone underestimating this restaurant, you're missing out. The newly updated menu and friendly staff are unbeatable. The food is tasty, and they offer a different take on breakfast and lunch. I've been a regular here for years, trying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even late-night meals when they were open 24 hours. The food is always fresh, and the staff is welcoming. On a recent visit, I tried the chicken noodle soup, bing bong shrimp, and brisket mac & cheese, and everything was fantastic! All food, including desserts, is homemade. Pickup is available, but not delivery. A special mention goes to the chocolate peanut butter cupcake, which was amazing. The staff, especially Jordon, were super nice and attentive, and they deserve recognition for their kindness to people with disabilities. For breakfast, the apple cinnamon stuffed French toast was amazing, and the sausage patty was delicious. The potatoes needed some work, though—salt didn't quite do it, but my husband found that ketchup helped. Overall, it's a nice diner with great food and service. The menu is large, and the Whitehall Triple Play was quite good and filling.
