I also sampled their signature Blue Top Latte, made with housemade extract from a Thai superfood flower, and the Mac Nut Latte, both of which were excellent. I absolutely loved the strawberry banana crepe with its tangy sauce; the crepe was savory and soft, making for a delightful combination. The hash browns were different from what I expected—more like a grilled version and less greasy—but they were still delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, which makes it a great place to bring guests or family. The staff is truly impeccable, always smiling and attentive to customers' needs. Their teamwork is evident, as they help each other with tasks like filling coffee, and it adds to the overall positive experience. On my first visit, I ordered the corned beef hash, which, although not made on-site, was not canned and still very good. The pancakes were excellent, and the service was attentive. On another visit, I tried the crepes with strawberries and bananas, along with a side of eggs and sausage, and it was just as wonderful as before. If you're thinking of visiting on the weekends, I suggest arriving before 9am. The food is comparable to the Original Pancake House, but the German Pancake here is much larger, and the hash browns are fresher and buttery. The Eggs Benedict was also very good, although the sauce could have been a bit thicker and more buttery. Overall, this is a gem of a restaurant with great food and excellent customer service. It felt like Destinyland more than Disneyland! Pablo also impressed us with his amazing balloon creations. He made beautiful cartoon balloons, and I’d come back just to see him again. I ordered a simple breakfast of bacon and eggs with scrambled eggs and pancakes. My order took about 8 to 10 minutes, which was reasonable. The booth was super comfortable, making the wait pleasant. The eggs were just right—good texture and taste. The bacon was cooked perfectly, bigger and thicker than expected. The portions were generous, and I ended up taking the pancakes home to enjoy later. The price was a bit high for such a simple order, about $13, but the quality and quantity made it worth it. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal here.
