I had an amazing experience at Chace's Pancake Corral for breakfast in Bellevue. The place has a classic neighborhood diner vibe that's cozy and welcoming. Even though the burritos looked a bit small, they turned out to be the perfect size if you’re not in the mood for a heavy meal, although a little more bacon would have been nice. Parking can be a bit challenging, but it's worth it once you're inside. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure my coffee cup was never empty. I tried the Eggs Benedict, which were perfectly cooked with a rich and flavorful hollandaise sauce. My husband and I also ordered the weekly scramble, blueberry pancakes, and a side of bacon and link sausage. While my husband wasn't a fan of the sausage, I thought it was great. The pancakes, especially the banana ones, were perfectly cooked, slightly sweet, and soft. Although the eggs with cashews didn’t stand out flavor-wise, the pancakes definitely shine here. Overall, Chace's Pancake Corral offers a delightful breakfast experience with its delicious pancakes and average breakfast fare. Despite its small size, the café has a welcoming atmosphere and the service is top-notch. It’s definitely a spot I plan on returning to soon, probably next week!

Eques is an absolutely charming spot for breakfast in Bellevue. The place is super cute, and the food is fabulous! The prices are moderate, and the portions are huge, which I love. My partner and I ordered a variety of dishes – steel cut oatmeal, bagels and lox, seasonal fruit, eggs Benedict with crab, and Bloody Marys. Everything was delicious, and we even ended up taking some food to go. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend it to others. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency, so we had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Eques every morning during our stay. The service was outstanding. Our servers, a friendly bald gentleman and Angel, were fantastic. Angel, in particular, was incredibly kind and attentive, even when the place was packed. It's probably the friendliest service I've ever experienced and felt very genuine. The food was consistently good. We tried the Belgian waffles, crab omelette, salmon Benedict, crab Benedict, and tiramisu pancakes, and I enjoyed every dish. Although there was a minor hiccup with one of the meals feeling a bit incomplete, the overall experience was great. I must mention Ruth, one of the servers who was amazing. She remembers her guests and knows exactly how they like their meals, which is impressive. The brunch menu offers a lot of variety, and everything is very fresh. Eques combines great service with a lovely atmosphere, making it a wonderful dining experience.

Breakfast at The Brief Encounter Cafe in Bellevue was a delightful experience. The food was superb, and the service was top-notch. Our hostess and server were incredibly engaging, even playing a fun game of tic-tac-toe with our son, which made us feel right at home. The friendly atmosphere was a standout, and I appreciated how the staff helped me choose a gluten-free meal due to my celiac condition. It’s tucked away at the back of a gas station, so first-timers should keep an eye out. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but it's well worth it. This place is a true hidden gem in the Bellevue/Seattle area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for a quick and satisfying breakfast. Two thumbs up!

Blazing Bagels in Bellevue is a fantastic spot for breakfast, and I can’t recommend it enough! The highlight for me was definitely the bagel dog, with a high-quality beef frank wrapped in a perfectly chewy yet crisp bagel. The jalapeño bagel had just the right kick of spice. The customization options are outstanding, especially the variety of bagels to choose from. I crafted a DIY meat sandwich with a pizza bagel base, topped with lox and egg. The lox was the best I've ever had—smoky and well-balanced, without that overly fishy taste. The softness of the egg paired perfectly with the lox, making the extra cost for double protein totally worth it. They were generous with the garlic herb cream cheese, which added a great flavor punch, and the Swiss cheese was melted to perfection. I loved the abundance of black olives, which added a tasty touch. While their toaster was down and my bagel had to be microwaved, affecting its texture a bit, the flavors were still amazing. I’m eager to return when the toasters are back up and running. The sandwich cost me about $15, which is a bit steep but given the quality, it’s a worthwhile treat. Every visit leaves me impressed, from everything bagels with lox to sausage egg and cheese on a cheddar cheese bagel. Even the French toast bagel with plain cream cheese was delightful. The asiago with garlic herb was delicious, though the garlic was quite intense. Being from NY, I find the quality here comparable, even if it's slightly more expensive. The only downside is they use egg patties instead of freshly cooked eggs, which might matter to some. Overall, Blazing Bagels delivers nearly perfect bagel sandwiches with fantastic fillings. A solid 9/10 in my book!

The atmosphere is pleasant, with options to sit indoors or outside, though parking can be tricky. The interior does have a spacious, warehouse-like vibe, which might not feel warm to everyone. Despite a slightly lackluster greeting, the owner was exceptionally friendly, which added a nice touch to the experience. When it comes to food, the spam pineapple bun was hearty and delicious, with well-cooked eggs and a satisfying portion size. While it was a bit pricey at $12, it felt justified in comparison to other breakfast offerings like Panera's. The Biscoff latte didn't quite impress, lacking in flavor and caffeine kick. However, the black sesame latte was a highlight. Overall, while on the expensive side, the quality of the offerings makes it worth a try, particularly if you're a fan of Asian-inspired pastries. I'm looking forward to exploring more of what Cafe Aloe has to offer.

It's great that they validate parking, so be sure to have your license plate number handy. The range of milk alternatives is impressive, including a delicious homemade cashew-coconut milk. I tried the golden latte, and it was delicious! The sourdough they use for their avocado toasts is absolutely top-notch. During my visit, I ordered the PNW Toast and the Pink Avo Toast, both of which were tasty, though the food did take nearly an hour to arrive, which is unusual for a coffee shop. Despite this, the staff was friendly, happy, and welcoming, contributing to the overall positive experience. I went there with my mom and sisters for a girl's day, and we all enjoyed the aesthetic vibe of the cafe. The employees were so friendly, and the food tasted just as good as it looked. The pitaya bowl and blueberry matcha were delightful too. I appreciate the cafe's dedication to a great social cause, making it one of my favorite spots in Bellevue. Overall, I'm thrilled with the food, drinks, parking, and atmosphere, and I would rate it a 5/5.

The cafe itself is located in a nice building and offers a wide variety of hot and cold sandwich options. Their coffee and espresso drinks are also top-notch, and their homemade desserts and treats are definitely worth trying. Although the pricing might be on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it a great spot for anyone in the area. The Raspberry Silk is particularly worth mentioning for its delightful taste. Overall, Poppinjay's is a fantastic little sandwich shop and cafe where you can enjoy fresh and delicious sandwiches and wraps.

Poppinjay's A Cafe is a great spot for a quick and delicious breakfast or lunch if you're in the Bellevue area. While it's situated in a corporate park and may not have that local vibe, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Yes, their sandwiches are a bit pricey at around $16 and the portions are on the smaller side, but you do get a complimentary side of chips or salad, which is a nice touch. The cafe is conveniently located near the 405 and 520, making it an ideal stop for a hungry traveler. The atmosphere is welcoming, and although the place is often understaffed, everyone, especially Teresa, is kind and friendly. Teresa even offered me a free dessert, which was a pleasant surprise. Just be mindful of the hours; they're open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm. If you need a quick meal on the go, Poppinjay's is definitely worth a visit.

Came here for breakfast and had an amazing experience. The food was extremely delicious, and I found myself wanting to try everything on the menu. The Chinese-style breakfast was quite a treat, with unlimited congee and a good variety of standard breakfast dishes. While I initially thought the price was a bit high at USD $41 for two people, I quickly realized that it was a fair deal considering the quality and variety of the food. This place is truly a hidden gem in Bellevue. Overall, everything tasted great, and the prices were quite reasonable for what you get. I ended up eating way too much, but it was totally worth it! 😊

Fonté Coffee in Bellevue Place is a fantastic spot for breakfast coffee. I tried several drinks, including the Aztec, Turkish, and cinnamon coffees. The Aztec had a subtle heat that I enjoyed, and while the Turkish was a bit unusual for my taste, I can see how others might appreciate it. The cinnamon was sweet, which I'm sure many will like. The seating area is pleasant, though the middle wall/post makes it a bit awkward. When I visited, it was serene and convenient. I appreciated having water available at the counter, and the "code to the bathroom" is such a Seattle thing! Although I didn't eat anything, the overall experience was solid. Despite visiting during the morning rush, the staff was communicative about wait times, which I really appreciated. The coffee sizes are small, medium (12oz), and large (16oz), fitting for everyone. I was staying at the Hyatt and just popped down for my morning coffee. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions. I tried the Desert Rose Latte, which was the best latte I've ever had. The cappuccino, mocha, and Turkish latte were also excellent. The café's design is elegant and well thought-out. I would love to see more vegan options in the future, but overall, this place has one of the best coffee vibes in town. The staff is patient and friendly, even when I can't decide what to order. Their crepes are truly the best I've ever had, and I highly recommend trying the classic lemon & sugar. The cold sandwiches are also a favorite of mine. Every pastry or cake I've tried has been delicious, and there’s a good variety to choose from. The coffee is consistently well-prepared, making it a great place for a coffee break too. Our family enjoyed it so much that we ate here twice during our trip to Seattle. The quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff made for a fantastic experience. If we ever return to Seattle, this bakery will definitely be on our list of places to revisit. I had an excellent experience at Gilbert's on Main in Bellevue, WA! We ordered the Pastrami Sandwiches and the Scrambled Eggs with French Toast, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The pastrami sandwiches were perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients, but they were so generously sized that they were a bit hard to eat by hand! The scrambled eggs with French toast were cooked to perfection. The menu offers a wonderful variety of options, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. The place is clean, and I love enjoying my meal with the natural light streaming in from the massive windows. Although they close at 3pm, it's a perfect spot for breakfast or an early lunch, and it's no wonder it gets busy with Amazon workers during lunchtime. It's the best breakfast stop for anyone looking for quality food served by kind people.

It’s a place worth trying, though it might not become my regular go-to spot.
