The service provided by Michael was nice and helpful. However, there was a problem with the catering order where pancake syrup spilled all over the interior of the car, causing a huge mess. The restaurant offered a discount on a future order, but the customer was not satisfied with the poor customer service. Despite this, the owner did reach out to pay a portion of the cleaning bill, which is appreciated. The quality of the food can vary, but overall it has been consistently amazing. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional service provided by Carolyn M. at the bar. Overall, it's a great place to visit for a Southern brunch experience.

The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was charming. Although it's recommended to reserve ahead of time, the wait is worth it for the out of this world food. The New Orleans inspired menu has a lot to offer, including cocktails and mimosas. The parking lot is small, but street parking and a paid public lot across the street are available. On the downside, service was slow and some of the food was not up to par. However, the bananas Foster French toast and chicken and french toast bites were excellent. The lack of acknowledgement from the host regarding food issues was disappointing, but the waitress did apologize at the end of the meal. Overall, Ruby Sunshine is a great brunch spot with delicious food and a charming atmosphere.

Another Broken Egg Cafe in Charlotte offers delicious brunch options with excellent customer service. The classic French toast, broken biscuit, Bourbon Street pancakes, and eggs Benedict are cooked to perfection. The only issue was the watery and bland grits. The rum French toast, pound cake French toast, cinnamon roll French toast, buttermilk pancakes, and city grits were all delicious. The staff, including the owner, were warm and welcoming. The only criticism was that the bacon tasted chemically. Despite this, customers will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Although the gravy for the biscuits was too salty, the biscuits themselves were cooked perfectly. The coffee was flavorful, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The shrimp and grits was customizable, and the breakfast quesadillas were amazing. The Mini-Mosa flight was also excellent. Overall, a must-try spot for brunch in Charlotte.
