Still, I’d return in a heartbeat for the breakfast options. Another time, I tried the chicken livers, and they were exceptionally good. It's rare to find them made so perfectly. I'll definitely go back for the Eggs Benedict; you should give them a try. First Watch is a reliable stop for a great breakfast. We managed to grab a couple of spots at the bar and avoided the 45-minute wait. The service was quick and efficient, and the food was terrific as usual. I love the breakfast tacos! First Watch never disappoints. They always have something fresh and new to offer, but you can also enjoy classic dishes. The food portions are generous, and despite being busy, the wait time was minimal. The atmosphere was lively. One word to describe this place: AMAZING! I even had my first pancake there and loved it. Working with Rebecca from Stomp Chomp & Roll Catering for an off-site corporate breakfast was also a breeze. Even though I live out of state, everything went smoothly. The continental breakfast buffet was delicious, the baked goods and coffee were fantastic, and the service was impeccable. My team and our customers were thrilled. Parking was a bit tricky, but we eventually found a spot after circling a few times. At the bar, Daniel took care of us and let me know I could order half portions, which was perfect. The food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious. Jade made sure our lemonade stayed bottomless, which was a nice touch. The service was exceptional. If you ever have the chance to be served by Steven, you’re in for a treat. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me decide when I couldn’t pick between options. My wife had the Double Bacon Sandwich, which featured some of the best pork belly I’ve tasted, and my Cinnamon Bun Pancakes were so good I had to keep my reactions in check! The restaurant has a great location on Central Ave in Plaza Midwood. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming. Our server was attentive and made recommendations that hit the mark. I was there on a Saturday morning during pride weekend with a party of four. Even with the wait, the line moved quickly. Our waiter, Michael, greeted us soon after we were seated and was both friendly and helpful. Since I wasn't too hungry, I chose the bacon and egg sandwich with breakfast potatoes on the side. My friends ordered biscuits and gravy and the apple pancake. Despite being busy, our food arrived quickly, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and portions were generous—so much so that I got full from just the appetizers! When my entrée arrived, I was so stuffed that I had to ask the waitress if I could take it to go. The portion sizes are definitely substantial. If you're in the Charlotte area, definitely make a stop here. You won't be disappointed! Huge plates of comfort food await, with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Check out their dessert case. Friendly service, but sometimes during peak times, there might be a wait to get seated. Landmark has been a favorite of east Charlotte locals for years! It felt like being back home in Brooklyn at an old-school diner. We went on a Monday night, and it was packed. The food was fantastic! The onion rings were crispy, the mushroom burger was cooked perfectly, and the fish and chips were flavorful. The highlight was our server Sara, who managed everything flawlessly despite a busy night. We also grabbed some chocolate cheesecake and Key lime pie to go, and both were among the best we've had in Charlotte! I can't wait to try their breakfast next time!

To be fair, I went during the evening, but given that it's a 24-hour diner, it's worth noting. Despite that, I'll be returning, ready for another great meal. The diner offers healthy portions and an authentic old-school appearance and experience. Plus, it's perfectly located across from the Spectrum Center, making it an ideal stop after an NBA game or event. On another visit, I had chicken tenders with fries and a side of onion rings, and all were fabulous. The service was great, thanks to a young waitress with long hair, whose name I didn't catch.
