Southie Coffee in Clearwater is a fantastic spot for breakfast, with great coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for getting some work done. On my first visit, I was impressed by how quickly my drink and food were prepared. The empanada was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Their WiFi is reliable, unlike some places that throttle your connection. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the environment even more enjoyable. A big shout out to Mason, who did an amazing job preparing our drinks and food. My loaded avocado toast was not only beautifully prepared but also fresh and tasty. The ingredients were top-notch! My daughter's empanada was a hit, too. We were so pleased with our experience that I ordered some Refreshers and brunch to go for my other daughters. You definitely have to try Southie Coffee! Some highlights from our visit included the Dirty Chai, Matcha Latte, Gourmet Empanada with black beans, spinach, and tomatoes, and the Loaded Avocado Toast topped with fresh avocado, egg omelette, bacon, sliced tomato, onions, spinach, feta crumbles, and a homemade balsamic drizzle. I love that they have a reward points system, too. We'll definitely be back! The environment is a delightful blend of friendly service and tasty offerings, and it's easy to see why so many people praise this place. If you're in the area, Southie Coffee is a must-visit!

Lenny’s Restaurant

Lenny's is the coolest restaurant I've been to in a long time. It's an eclectic throwback to the 60s and 70s, with both the decor and the patrons adding to its unique charm. They have daily specials, and we visited on a Thursday, which was "Fried Chicken and Watermelon" day. Not being a fan of watermelon, I passed my slice to my lunch guest, but the chicken was seasoned perfectly! You get to choose between a Danish bread basket or a relish tray to start, and I went with the Danish breads. I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet they were, and the four different pieces were just right in flavor and size. Although I can't remember our waitress's name, she was wonderful, warm, and engaging, anticipating our needs before we even asked. For sides, I had mashed potatoes with turkey gravy and corn, and I was impressed that they required no additional salt or pepper. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the following Thursday due to Hurricane Helene, but as soon as I'm back in the area, Lenny's will be my first stop! The decor gives off retro vibes, and the staff is amazing. The food prices are reasonable, and the taste is great. I love that you get a basket of mixed pastries with a platter or omelet order. Lenny's offers a fun atmosphere with cleverly named breakfast dishes, fast and friendly service, and great portion sizes. We keep coming back regularly and highly recommend it! The food is great, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is inviting. Plus, the pastry basket that comes with an entrée is such a cute touch. Learning about the owner's backstory, shared by the staff, was a touching experience. I would absolutely recommend this place and can't wait to return.
Remy's Cafe

First visit to Remy's Cafe after reading some reviews, and I'm glad we gave it a shot. From the moment we walked in, the friendly service was noticeable. The staff, especially our waitress Stephanie, was welcoming and efficient, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. It's clear that they know how to treat their guests. For breakfast, I decided to try the Monte Cristo and was intrigued by the portion of turkey and ham. While the turkey's taste wasn't exactly what I expected, the thoughtfulness behind the dish was apparent. My partner ordered the Beef Asada Taco Bowl, and although the meat was a bit chewy for our preference, the flavors were enjoyable. The Tuna Melt, on the other hand, was a win, with a side of fruit that was fresh and delicious. The cafe had a relaxed atmosphere, not too busy during our visit, which made for a peaceful morning. The coffee was a highlight—smooth and satisfying. I also appreciated the way the team pulled together after hurricane Milton, providing a warm refuge when many of us needed it. Overall, while there were minor hiccups with the food, the stellar service and friendly vibe make Remy's a place worth visiting. It's a spot where the staff goes above and beyond, and that's something I'll remember long after.
Bacon Street Diner

I can't recommend Bacon Street Diner in Clearwater enough for a fantastic breakfast experience. The ambience is beautiful, with a chill and clean atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Our server, Gracie, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose some great dishes. Danielle, the owner, was a delight and clearly works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Ruben sandwich, but there's so much more to explore on the menu. All their desserts are made fresh daily and they're a must-try. The location inside the Countryside Mall is convenient, and the atmosphere and service are top-notch. The staff is friendly and professional, and they really make an effort to welcome you. I also tried the Chicken Parmigiana, which was so generous it could easily feed two people. The full bar and pie station are great bonuses. What truly makes Bacon Street Diner special is the people. The staff and managers go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of, and the owners make a point to engage with customers. Every meal I've had here has been excellent, and I keep going back for more. The breakfast burger and mighty crispy chicken sandwich are incredible, and their banana cream pie is a treat. I'll definitely be visiting regularly, as I've never had a bad experience there. If you're considering trying something new, Bacon Street Diner is a must-visit with its cozy atmosphere and delicious food.

We tried Eggs Up Grill in Clearwater, and it was a great breakfast spot. The Apple pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the Chicken and Waffles were perfectly crispy and tender. The eggs with vegetables were fresh, and the muffin was tasty. The coffee hit the spot too! The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly, which made our visit even better. It's definitely a place to check out if you're in the area! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The service was attentive, and the food had a homemade feel to it. The personal touch from the owners, who greeted us, made the experience special. Our server, Joe, was extremely attentive and provided great service. The Greek Omelet and the Benedicts were fantastic. We highly recommend this place; it's our favorite breakfast spot in Tampa Bay. 5 stars!

Always a great experience coming to Clearwater Family Restaurant for breakfast. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I loved the taco salad, which was both large and delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed the 1lb double cheeseburger and thought it was fantastic. We also shared a waffle topped with a variety of berries—absolutely delightful. The service is consistently fast and friendly, with Edith being efficient and sweet. Dalia also stopped by our table, making sure we felt welcomed with her friendly conversation. On my first visit, I tried the turkey caliente wrap. It was served hot and was stuffed with so much tasty meat and cheese that I could only finish half. We were pleasantly surprised to learn they have a full bar, too. We'll definitely return for dinner sometime to explore that option. Walking in for the first time, Victor greeted us warmly, setting a positive tone for the visit. Clearwater Family Restaurant is a great little spot to try, and we will definitely be back! 👏🏾👏🏾

Working at Wildflower Cafe in 2016 was a great experience, and since then, it's remained one of my favorite spots for breakfast in Clearwater. Sundays are particularly special with beautifully presented plates and the delicious seasoned potatoes, which are a must-try. A snapshot of my visit would definitely include the pretzel roll breakfast sandwich. Throughout the weekdays, the breakfast options are top-notch. I can't recommend the French toast enough; both the regular and sampler are divine. For lunch, I often go for the Vermonter salad, Santa Fe, or the chicken salad plate—each is a winner in its own right. The tarts deserve a special mention. I'm a big fan of the chicken pecan, sun-dried tomato, and broccoli tarts. The back of the house team excels at providing fresh, quality dishes, and the servers are consistently sweet and attentive, making each visit pleasant and efficient. What sets Wildflower Cafe apart is the welcoming atmosphere and the satisfaction of knowing you're supporting a women-owned business. The ample parking makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed brunch, and the gift shop is perfect for those baked goods we all crave. During my last brunch, Jackie, our server, was exceptional. Her attention to detail made the meal memorable. I've got to mention the Avocado Toast with added Applewood Bacon—it was the perfect blend of flavors. I also want to highlight Ellen's friendly service. Her enthusiasm for the Vermonter Salad, which was indeed exquisite, made the choice even more enjoyable. The creamy maple dressing and the homemade honey butter on muesli bread were delightful. Overall, Wildflower Cafe continues to impress with its commitment to quality food and community values. It's always a pleasure to visit, and I'm grateful for this gem in Clearwater. Looking forward to many more delicious meals here!

What a fabulous spot! Egg Haven Cafe has become my go-to breakfast destination. The place recently changed hands and got a facelift with bright, cheery citrus colors that make it super inviting. Everything is spotlessly clean, right down to the bright yellow coffee cups! The food is delicious, and they’re totally accommodating with swaps and additions. I had a veggie omelet, swapping feta for cheddar and pairing it with fresh fruit. My honey opted for the corned beef hash and eggs with grits—everything was spot on, even the rye toast! We couldn’t resist trying the berry cinnamon French toast, and it was amazing. Plus, they make their own hot sauce, which is a must-try. If I could give this place more stars, I would. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff is consistently pleasant and attentive. The cozy atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable. We plan to be regulars for sure! There's a small quirk here and there, like the way they butter toast, but it's not a deal-breaker. Selda and Tris, who was in training, served us brilliantly. We didn’t even have to ask for coffee refills—they were on it. The freshly squeezed orange juice was another highlight. Our visit was fantastic from start to finish. We’ve found our breakfast spot and will definitely be back! Whether you’re in Largo or Clearwater, Egg Haven Cafe is a winner in my book.

Sunset Grill Clearwater is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty meal. The menu is large with a variety of options, and it's refreshing to find a mom and pop restaurant that offers such good quality at affordable prices. I ordered a bacon hamburger, cooked just right and juicy, while my wife's omelet and hash browns were equally amazing. For lunch, I had the smothered chicken and my wife tried the grilled cheese; both were top-notch. Our server, Becca, was outstanding, making the experience even better with her friendly demeanor. The service here is exceptional, with food arriving in less than ten minutes despite a full house. We were seated quickly upon arrival, and everyone was genuinely friendly. The convenience and quality of the food here truly stand out—you get fast service without compromising on taste. Even the parking wasn't a major issue, though it was a bit tight. During our Clearwater trip, we were thrilled to find this place just four miles away. The shrimp platter and turkey bacon club on a croissant were exactly what we hoped for. We're already planning our return for breakfast, wishing we lived closer to try more of the menu. And of course, we couldn't resist taking home an entire chocolate dream pie for dessert. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best breakfast experiences we've ever had. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend! The best place. My wife and I used to come here every day for breakfast. I will keep coming because the food feels just like home-cooked meals. The manager is outstanding, and the staff is great. The staff is so nice! I came to the area for a different breakfast place with something specific in mind. It wasn’t on their menu, but they gladly accommodated me. My new favorite breakfast place in this area! We came for lunch, and I couldn't resist breakfast. I could eat breakfast all day. Everything was prepared fresh, and the service was fast.

Delicious! Had breakfast at Clear Sky Cafe with my family, and everyone loved their dishes. If you're in the Clearwater area, I highly recommend stopping by. Although our server was sweet, I rated the service two stars because we had to ask for napkins and straws, which should have been provided from the start. We understood she was busy, though. The location is great, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I had brunch with my sister and our daughters while on vacation, and even though it was crowded, we were seated quickly. Talia, our server, was very friendly and delivered excellent service. The food was delicious, especially the Cajun shrimp omelette, which was amazing! My daughter enjoyed her banana nut crepes too. I wish we had more time to explore their dinner menu, as it looked enticing. During a brunch visit last week, we tried the steak and eggs, and chicken waffle. Both dishes were delectable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I appreciated that they accept Apple Pay, which was convenient as I didn’t have my wallet on me. Rick provided outstanding service during one visit, giving great food advice. The Black Grouper and grouper nuggets were absolutely amazing. Olivia was a delightful server; her suggestions were spot on. Plus, they offer free parking, which is always a bonus. Overall, I highly recommend Clear Sky Cafe. It's a fantastic spot for delicious meals and friendly service.

I can't say enough good things about Olga's Restaurant Diner in Clearwater. The food and service were top-notch! I ordered a biscuit and gravy with an egg cooked over easy on top, and it was absolutely delicious. As you can see from the pic, I'm a huge fan of hot sauce and pepper—haha. This place is truly wonderful, with outstanding food and prices that are more than reasonable. One unique aspect of Olga's is their no debit or credit card policy, which actually simplifies things for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I love the simple, family kitchen vibe of the place. If I could rate them six stars, I absolutely would, and I recommend this diner to everyone. We had lunch here and loved that they serve breakfast all day. The café atmosphere is cozy, whether you're sitting on a stool or in a booth. You'll likely even meet the owner while you're dining, which adds a personal touch. If you haven't tried Olga's Restaurant yet, I highly recommend it. The menu offers a wide variety, and the prices are great as well.

My mother recommended Another Broken Egg Cafe in Clearwater, so I decided to try it for breakfast. While some aspects of the meal were just okay, the bacon cheeseburger was really good, and the restaurant had some impressive qualities that made the visit enjoyable. Despite arriving close to closing time, the service was excellent. Our waitress Melissa was professional and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had a pleasant experience. Cleanliness was another standout aspect, with both the restaurant and the bathrooms well-maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and chill, perfect for a laid-back breakfast. Plus, the place was kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, which is always a plus. Even though the vegetarian options were limited, you could easily adjust some dishes to fit that preference. On a return visit with my husband to the same cafe in Safety Harbor, we enjoyed their seasonal specials like the Strawberry Pound Cake French Toast and Pumpkin Infused Belgian Waffle. These dishes were delicious, and our server CarolAnn made sure we felt welcome throughout the meal. The personal touch from GM Nick, who checked in on us, was a nice touch. Overall, while it might not be my go-to spot every time, I wouldn't mind returning, especially for the seasonal menu and the fantastic service from people like Melissa and CarolAnn. The cafe has a nice blend of good food and great service, making it a solid choice for breakfast or brunch.

Olivia was a delightful server; her suggestions were spot on. Plus, they offer free parking, which is always a bonus. Overall, I highly recommend Clear Sky Cafe. It's a fantastic spot for delicious meals and friendly service.

I would definitely recommend Speggtacular Clearwater Beach for breakfast! This spot was conveniently close to my hotel, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The princess crepes with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and crème were absolutely delicious. Paired with a mimosa and coffee, it made for a wonderful breakfast. The service was prompt and friendly, exactly what I was hoping for. It's a great place to eat breakfast with family. While it does get crowded in the morning, the wait times aren't too bad. The menu offers classic American breakfast choices, and the portions are massive for a decent price. The French toast with English cream was particularly amazing. However, the coffee wasn't great, which was a bit disappointing. One suggestion would be for servers to inform about any extra charges, like when my son added fruit to his crepe, which ended up costing around $5 more. Overall, it's a nice little breakfast spot on Clearwater Beach with good food and polite service. I'm glad I found it early in my trip so I can go back again!

My experience at PROINO BREAKFAST & LUNCH in Clearwater was fantastic. The food was excellent, and the seniors menu offered incredible value. Two of us enjoyed breakfast with endless delicious coffee for under $19, which is a bargain these days. The seasoned home fries were outstanding. It was quite busy on Saturday, so the service was a bit slow, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Walking in felt like coming home. The prices were unbelievable considering the generous portions and quality of the food. Kim, our waitress, was great and assisted us wonderfully. This place is a gem for breakfast if you're in the Clearwater area, just a quick 10-minute drive from the bridge. The menu is packed with options, and I loved the fresh orange juice. Adding fruit to the dishes was a lovely touch. Kim was attentive and gave us great menu suggestions. Our food arrived quicker than expected. I live in another county, but this spot is definitely worth a stop whenever I'm in town.

Shorty's Breakfast & Gourmet Deli in Clearwater is a fantastic spot that offers a delightful dining experience. It’s like a one-stop shop with great dine-in options. I absolutely recommend trying the signature Cuban sandwich. Enjoying breakfast on the outdoor patio was a highlight, offering lovely views. The service was excellent, with Lindsay being particularly sweet and attentive. It's truly one of the best-kept secrets around! We were impressed by everything from the service to the food quality and the beautiful view. The salmon salad, blackened grouper sandwich, and burgers were phenomenal. The grouper appetizer paired with their signature potato curl fries was a treat. The deck provided a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy it all. Parking can be tricky, so if you're staying nearby, walking over is a good idea. Even if you’re not staying long, grabbing something to go is worth it—you won’t be disappointed. Although we had a minor hiccup on a past visit with some dishes not being warm and portions being on the smaller side, it's clear that everyone can have an off day. We love this place and are definitely coming back. It's a nice hidden gem with a unique setup; the front is a grocery/package store that opens up to a small back patio right on the water. My husband and I enjoyed bagel sandwiches and mimosas—such a pleasant experience. When it’s busy, service might slow down, but it's worth the wait.

I had a great experience at Bob Evans for breakfast in Clearwater. It was my first time there, and I’m definitely planning to return. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, answering all my questions with ease. My food arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as I ordered, which was perfect. Shaelyn, my server, was fantastic and kept a smile on her face throughout my visit. I also want to give a big shout-out to Diego, the carryout server. I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location, but he was very helpful, walked me through the process, and took my order quickly. His positive attitude really turned my bad day around. I appreciate how much he clearly cares about his customers. As for the food, the pot roast is my favorite—it’s delicious. The breads are always spot-on too. I wasn’t too impressed with the holy cow chocolate cake; it tasted like it was from a box, and the chocolate cow on top was like cheap Halloween candy. Nonetheless, my overall experience was amazing, and I’m looking forward to trying more of their breakfast dishes.

My husband, our toddler, and I stopped by Our Place Clearwater for lunch, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience overall. The waitress was fantastic—quick and attentive, which is always a plus, especially with a little one in tow. The menu is pretty extensive, offering a good variety to choose from. While there were a few misses with the food—like a salad that wasn't the freshest and a boxed mac 'n cheese for my toddler—the service really stood out and made up for it. My husband's bacon hamburger was quite good, although some sides like the coleslaw could use a bit of improvement. The prime rib I ordered, which was the special of the night, was a decent portion but could have been served a bit warmer. But hey, the French onion soup wasn't too bad at all! My friend's NY strip steak was more well done than medium, but the place has that classic diner feel which I really appreciate. It's clean, and it just gives off a welcoming vibe. If you're looking for a casual spot to grab breakfast without any fuss, this is definitely the place. They treat you like family, and that's something I can get behind. Overall, it's a yes from me when it comes to breakfast at Our Place.

Papa's New York Diner in Clearwater is a true haven amidst the hustle and bustle. As soon as you approach, the jukebox sets the perfect mood with just the right volume. Inside, the friendly and hardworking staff create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The menu is packed with tempting choices, making it hard to decide because everything looks so appetizing. I found myself envious of the delicious-looking plates at other tables! The prices are fair, offering great value for the quality food you receive. From the moment we were warmly greeted and seated, the service was attentive. Coffee orders were taken right away, and Samantha, our server, made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The breakfast was fantastic—blueberry pancakes, home fries with sausage and eggs, and my wife's perfectly scrambled eggs with bacon. Each dish was a pleasure to enjoy, and the experience was one we look forward to repeating. It's evident that Papa's is a place where both quality and family values are upheld, making it a spot worth supporting for the long term. The combination of laid-back music, sparkly neon lights, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a fun stop for family and friends. The milkshakes are a highlight and shouldn't be missed. Although there’s room for improvement in cleanliness, with a bit of attention to detail, the diner could elevate its appeal even further. Despite this, the food and service keep drawing us back, and we look forward to seeing positive changes in the future. Until then, we're more than happy to enjoy those generous portions and revisit this reliable and friendly diner.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Perkins American Food Co. for breakfast in Clearwater. We've been here once before and also tried another location in Pennsylvania, and both times were great. Our server, Mary, was awesome, though I wish they offered iced coffee. I took my grandmother for breakfast, and we enjoyed the Magnificent 7, which was delicious, especially with the yummy maple syrup. Meylin, our waitress, was very kind and made our visit pleasant. Today, we had breakfast again, and Autumn took care of us. She was extraordinary and truly an asset to the restaurant. The food was perfect, and the cleanliness and quality of Perkins are consistently high. Overall, Perkins offers awesome service and good food, and we always look forward to returning.
