The place has a cozy, classic diner vibe that makes breakfast comfortable and enjoyable. I was in Fresno for two days and ended up eating here twice. The waffles are exceptional, and the eggs are cooked perfectly—my over medium eggs were flawless. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Although it's a small place and can get pretty noisy, the food makes it worth the wait. My chorizo breakfast bowl was a highlight, with crispy potatoes and perfectly cooked chorizo. Even though it was busy, the service was good, though you might need to flag down your server for drink refills. The bustling atmosphere is a testament to how great the food is. One piece of advice: they should consider using foil in their to-go boxes to keep the foam from melting into the food. I also tried their burritos another time, and although the chorizo burrito didn't have much chorizo and seemed a bit overpriced, the overall experience has been positive. On another visit, I had the Meatloaf, and it was outstanding, just like homemade. My daughter enjoyed her enchiladas, and the service was wonderful, making us feel right at home. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

The service is attentive, and our server was awesome — though I wasn't thrilled about the automatic 18% gratuity for larger parties. I prefer to tip based on service quality, but apart from that, it was a good experience. The house band playing 80s rock and pop added a fun touch to the meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the meal was; feeding all six of us only cost around $95-$96. While I'm not the biggest fan of Cajun cuisine, I have to say that the experience here was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others. Although the beignets weren't quite like those in New Orleans, they were still tasty in their own right. Overall, Huckleberry's is a place where you can count on good food and excellent service.

The Christmas Burrito was like a holiday feast in my mouth, with perfectly cooked pork and flavorful sauces. The perfectly cooked Sunnyside up egg and potatoes were a highlight for me. While the entrées are a bit pricey for breakfast, ranging from $15 to $22, the quality of the food, plates, and silverware justify the cost. I also appreciated the attentive service; our waitress was great, keeping our drinks refilled and checking in regularly while we waited for our food. The bar area was a surprise, but it’s a nice option if you’re looking for a brunch drink. With its fine dining feel but casual vibe, Yolked Kitchen has quickly become a favorite. I've been twice and can confidently say the pancakes are some of the best I’ve ever had, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. Overall, Yolked Kitchen offers friendly service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't been yet! The only small critique would be that the cen cal taco could use a bit more seasoning, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise stellar experience.

I wasn't disappointed at all, though I do wish they were a bit more generous with that delicious sauce. We also shared one of their blue corn pancakes, which was both huge and incredibly tasty. The menu is extensive, and everything looked and sounded appealing. If you're a fan of robust coffee, you'll be pleased here. They don't offer fancy coffee options, just brewed coffee with half and half or flavored creamer, which I actually prefer. However, it's important to mention that this is a pricey breakfast spot. For two black coffees, two eggs Benedicts, and one pancake, plus a 20% tip, the total was $76. I was also a bit let down that real maple syrup is an extra $2 or $3 charge. At $11 for a single pancake, I'd expect real maple syrup to be included. This place can get crowded with long wait times, but we went at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning and got seated right away. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly, though our waitress didn't check on us for refills until we asked, despite the place not being overly busy. For a big group, seating can be challenging. We faced a 1.5-hour wait, and they couldn't rearrange enough tables for us to sit together. I tried the country fried steak with eggs, fruit, and biscuits and gravy. While the eggs were cooked perfectly, the steak was small and the batter soggy from too much gravy, which didn't have much flavor. The pancake, on the other hand, was amazing—moist, fluffy, and with a great airy texture. Parking is limited, especially on a busy Sunday morning. The atmosphere is a bit bland and noisy, though the bathrooms are decent. They do offer a kids menu, but a large family will easily spend over $100. Some menu prices didn't match the receipt, which was confusing. Overall, despite the delicious food, the high prices and other small issues make it a place I wouldn't return to. It's unfortunate because the pancakes and coffee are fantastic, but the overall experience didn't match the cost.

It's a family-owned business, with Armando, his wife Ruby, and their son in the kitchen, alongside Patricio and Samuel. We've visited a few times and enjoyed everything we've tried. The bacon and egg breakfast is a hearty meal with three eggs, four slices of bacon, hash browns or country potatoes, and your choice of toast, biscuit and gravy, or half a waffle. I also recommend the Steak & Eggs and Pork Loin and Eggs—they're both juicy and delicious. The servers, Lola, Priscilla, and Valerie, do a fantastic job. They are personable and friendly, always ensuring our coffee cups are topped off. There are quite a few breakfast spots in Old Town, and we've been to them all. Jeb's stands out as a fantastic choice. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by. They also serve lunch, making it our go-to breakfast spot for good food and service.

The atmosphere was nice, and the coffee was delicious, with each cup accompanied by a pleasant chocolate espresso bean surprise. On my second visit, however, I encountered a hiccup. I ordered the same drink, expecting the usual 32 ounces, but received a cup clearly short on coffee. While the order itself was correct and the staff's attitude was polite, the wait was longer than expected, and getting an underfilled iced coffee was a letdown. Despite this minor issue, the first visit would have easily earned a five-star rating. Overall, The Human Bean is still a top-notch coffee shop that stands out with its consistently smooth cold brew. Their customer service and rewards program add to the appeal. It's a must-visit for any coffee enthusiast, whether you're a local or just passing through.
