This was my first time trying an omelet with steak, peppers, mushrooms, and cooked onions, and it was fantastic! The hashbrowns were tasty, and the biscuits were great too. I absolutely love their sweet tea. The place is very clean, and the menu is reasonably priced with delicious options. Our waitress was exceptional, and the food arrived hot and flavorful, reminiscent of classic breakfast experiences. If you're looking for a traditional breakfast, this is the place to go—no disappointment here! And yes, that was livermush on my plate, a delightful surprise. We weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be the perfect breakfast spot. Sitting at the bar was a great experience, watching the hustle and bustle of the staff. The food and service were amazing. I wish I could eat here every day!

Spectacular breakfast, with large portions, at an affordable price! You may have to wait, as this place is hopping, but it’s well worth it! They have excellent selections, and everything tasted great. My whole family and I thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to return as soon as possible. I especially liked their French toast and pumpkin pancakes. You don’t want to pass this place by! Our last meal of the trip was definitely the best. We ordered the Guacamole Toast, Eggs Benedict with Fried Tenderloin, and a Fried Tenderloin Biscuit. Everyone loved their meal! The food came out hot and fast. The Fried Tenderloin was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the hollandaise sauce was so creamy I could have drunk it on its own. The potatoes were cooked just how we ordered them. Hint: add cooked onions to them. You won't be disappointed. If you think nothing could top the food, you’d be wrong. Lorraine was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever met—cheerful, happy, and the epitome of Southern hospitality. Everyone there was welcoming and kind, but she truly set the bar. I even called to let the manager know how much we appreciated her wonderful service. Thank you so much, BreakfastTime; you were a trip highlight. I drove by here for years and always heard the food was amazing, but I never stopped in. Since moving back, I’ve wanted to try more local restaurants. The chicken biscuit with hash browns was good and fresh, and next, I’m going to try the pancakes. This place exceeded my expectations. There’s a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel nearby, but this is now my first choice for breakfast and lunch. Amazing breakfast and lunch options, superb service, and great taste at very reasonable prices. I always recommend this place to friends and family.
Chicken Salad Chick

Last Saturday night, I visited Chicken Salad Chick in Concord with my family, and it was a delightful experience. Even though they were out of my first choice, I opted for the Kickin' Kay Lynne, which was decent, albeit with a wish for a bit more chicken salad. However, the grape salad was absolutely fantastic! I'm definitely inclined to give this place another shot, as the food never disappoints and the restaurant maintains a good level of cleanliness, despite the occasional crumb on the tablecloth. The staff at checkout were trying to suggest more food options, but their approach was friendly and not overly pushy, which was a nice change from typical sales tactics. I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the register and received excellent service from Denise, the GM. She went above and beyond to address an issue I faced with a DoorDash order, showing remarkable customer service. The food here is truly great, especially the Fancy Nancy chicken salad, which boasts just the right mix of grapes and apples. Their broccoli and cheese soup, as well as the loaded potato soup, are also my favorites. Plus, the cookies are from Cheryl’s and taste amazing! Having driven past this location numerous times, I'm glad I finally stopped in. The ability to choose a fruit cup as a side at no extra cost was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the friendly staff, clean environment, and personalized touch of the restaurant made it feel more like a family-owned spot than a chain. Plus, it's very affordable. I can't wait to return!

First time visiting Razzoo’s, and my mind was blown. The service was fast, the staff friendly, the food delicious, and the drinks strong—what more could you want?! Our server, Mercedes, was absolutely wonderful and very attentive. I'd recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Phoenix was a rockstar as our server, handling our large party with ease! Her attention to detail was impressive, never missing a request or order. From refills to special requests, she was on top of it all. Her multitasking skills and patience were truly commendable. She ensured everyone had an exceptional dining experience, making our night unforgettable. For appetizers, we had the fried gator and a sampler with fried pickles, boudin balls, and rat toes. For my meal, I enjoyed the Cajun combo skillet with a side of dirty rice. Everything was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was fun with a true Louisiana vibe. Our service stayed on top of our drinks. It was a perfect 10/10 experience. This restaurant is a gem. Walking in feels like traveling to Louisiana. We went on a Friday and were seated right away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with menu selections. The drinks were on point and dressed for Mardi Gras. The wait for food was reasonable, and it was fresh and unbelievably good. I started eating before snapping a picture because it smelled so wonderful. I didn’t have room for dessert, but I'm bringing my sister next time on a friend’s recommendation.

Finding Cinnaholic in Concord was such a pleasant surprise, especially after my 8-year-old daughter was put on a vegan diet due to some digestive issues. She was really bummed about giving up her favorite cinnamon buns, so discovering this place brightened her week. Her face lit up with a big smile for the first time since we made the dietary change. I decided to try the Berrylicious and it was fantastic! The freshness and lightness of everything really stood out to me. Even the cookie dough scoop was a delightful treat. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. The young lady who helped us was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit feel special. She truly represented the store with such warmth and positivity. This was my first time at Cinnaholic, but it definitely won't be my last. The berry Cinnabon I ordered was outstanding, and when I warmed it up at home for just a few seconds, I was tempted to go back for another. It was a nice touch that the staff brought the order to us instead of calling us up to the counter. Overall, my experience was excellent and I highly recommend Cinnaholic. It's refreshing to find a place with great food and genuinely kind people. I'll be back soon!
Parkway House Family Restaurant

Walking into Parkway House Family Restaurant for breakfast was a pleasant experience from the start. I was greeted with a warm welcome and quickly shown to my seat. The service was efficient, and within two minutes, I had a steaming cup of coffee in front of me. My breakfast order arrived just 10 minutes later, with two perfectly cooked eggs, a generous biscuit covered in sausage gravy, and two sausage links—all for a reasonable $7.95. It was exactly what I was hoping for: a satisfying breakfast without any fuss. The menu had a great variety, and I couldn't resist trying the Reuben. It definitely didn't disappoint; the rye bread was toasted just right, and the portion was generous. I also sampled the fish and chips, which were lightly breaded and offered a great portion size. The kitchen was impressively fast, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. While there were a few minor issues, like smaller portions for some items, overall, Parkway House delivered a decent dining experience with friendly service. It may not have wowed me, but it was satisfactory and well-priced. I'll be back, and I recommend giving them a try if you're in the area. Kudos to the Parkway House team for making it a go-to spot for a straightforward, enjoyable meal!

Thanks to Kyle and the team for making this an awesome breakfast experience. We enjoyed our meal immensely and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place! The food was wonderful, and although we waited an hour for a table, it was well worth it. Our server did a great job despite the busy atmosphere, keeping us informed about any delays with kindness. We were a party of nine and joined the waitlist while on the way, though we still had to wait longer than estimated. Kenya, our server, was fantastic! Everything came out as ordered and tasted even better than expected. We tried the AM Superfoods Bowl with a side of eggs, Farmhouse Hash, French Toast, Chocolate Chip Kids Pancake, BLT Benedict, Million $ Bacon, and Classic Benedict. My eldest son recommended this spot, knowing what I like, and he was spot on. I'm visiting from California and Kenya made the experience even better with her 5-star service, recommendations, and friendly personality. She truly felt like someone I knew. Her suggestion of breakfast tacos matched my taste perfectly, and she even gave a personal recommendation for another service I needed during my visit. This was a thoroughly enjoyable First Watch dining experience. Please keep Kenya on the team; she's great for business.
Jason's Deli
8690 Concord Mills Boulevard, Concord

Cesar Exume
Having only tried the salad bar at Jason's Deli for breakfast in Concord, I must say it's a great deal for $10.00 plus tax. The selection is impressive, with a decent variety of fresh, crisp, and cold items, although there are no meat options apart from the bacon bits. A nice bonus is the free ice cream cone that comes with it. We've always loved "the deli" since our first date and it remains a favorite weekend lunch spot. The salad bar never disappoints and the staff, despite being busy, is always accommodating. On another visit, my spouse and I enjoyed a satisfying lunch here. I had a turkey wrap with fresh fruit, and my spouse had the club royale with barbecue chips. Both meals were tasty and filling, and we finished with ice cream. Jason's Deli continues to be one of our go-to lunch places, and we're always satisfied with our visits.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Chick-fil-A on Concord Pkwy S in Concord, NC. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the chicken biscuit which was seasoned perfectly and paired great with my morning coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing quick service even during the busy morning rush. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making for a comfortable dining atmosphere. It's always nice to start the day with a positive experience, and this Chick-fil-A location definitely delivered that. I'll be coming back again for sure!
Maple Street Biscuit Company

Serva Sameer
Maple Street Biscuit Company in Concord has consistently been a fantastic spot for breakfast. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly, perfect for an early Sunday morning meal. You order at the counter and pick up your food when they call your name, which keeps things moving smoothly. I've tried their hash bowl and chicken and waffles, both of which were tasty and satisfying. The biscuit sandwich is definitely a highlight and stands out more than the tacos for me. Fresh orange juice is a refreshing addition to the meal, and even when they're busy, the food and drinks come out promptly. Despite a few minor hiccups I've experienced in the past, this place remains a reliable option for capturing a taste of the South, and I definitely plan to come back. The staff usually keeps things running efficiently, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a go-to spot for breakfast with family or friends.
Famous Toastery
8680 Concord Mills Boulevard #10, Concord

Kelsey Santiago
We stopped by Famous Toastery in Concord for lunch and were impressed by the experience. Despite arriving during the lunchtime rush around 11:50 am, we were quickly accommodated with seats at the bar instead of waiting 15-20 minutes for a table. Danielle G. at the bar was incredibly busy but still managed to provide excellent service and took our orders with a smile. My daughter opted for the waffle, while I chose the blackened chicken wrap with pesto pasta salad and sweet tea. Although our food took a little time due to the crowd, it was well worth the wait. The pesto pasta salad was flavorful, and the blackened chicken wrap had just the right amount of spice. The breakfast menu is diverse, and my favorite lately has been the breakfast bowl with scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, and chorizo. The staff is attentive, with multiple servers ensuring all customers are well taken care of. Jazmine, our server on a previous visit, was fantastic, quickly offering refills and clearing the table. Both the banana nut pancakes with Nutella and chocolate chip pancakes were delicious and worth ordering again. Samantha, the store manager, made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness, stopping by tables to ensure everyone was happy. Although the prices are slightly higher than nearby restaurants, the quality of food and service makes it worth it. Overall, Famous Toastery in Concord is a great spot for breakfast or lunch, and we will definitely be returning. Great job to the team for creating such a wonderful dining experience!
Pippa's Cafe
10040 Edison Square Dr NW, Concord
(704) 948-1818
Jonathan Sonawane
During a visit from Charleston, South Carolina, my family and I stopped by Pippa's Cafe in Concord for breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent with a wide selection of great menu options, and the portion sizes were just right. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was fun and clean, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We also chose Pippa’s as the spot to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Everyone had a fantastic time, thanks to the excellent service and tasty food. The prices were very reasonable, which was a nice bonus. Having visited Pippa's Cafe over the years, consistency in service and food quality has always been a strong point. Their wings are big, and the portions are satisfying. One aspect that could improve is the physical environment; during very hot days, it can become uncomfortable as the patio remains open and the AC doesn’t seem to work well. On a particularly hot day, the dining room was nearly as warm as the outside, which affected our dining experience. Despite this, Pippa's Cafe remains a solid spot for a meal, especially if you’re looking for a reliable sports bar vibe. Worth the stop if you're in the area, and I'd definitely return for more good times and good food.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
7809 Lyles Ln NW, Concord
(704) 979-0404
Cameron Ramirez
During a conference, three of us stopped by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for dinner on a Wednesday night, and our experience was delightful overall. Our server was fabulous, bringing a fun and friendly vibe to our table. They joked with us and made us feel right at home. If you're struggling to decide what to eat or just want to try something different, I recommend going for the daily specials—they’re usually quite good. The Sugar Plum Mimosa is a must-try, all three of us loved it! It’s sweet with a hint of cinnamon and has a sparkling presentation thanks to edible glitter. Even though I usually stick to breakfast here, I decided to branch out this time and was not disappointed. The catfish, mac n cheese, okra, coleslaw, and hush puppies were all excellent—definitely a pleasant surprise! While the atmosphere is typically a bit cramped for my taste, the service more than made up for it. A mishap occurred when I left my brand new Yeti thermos behind—it initially seemed lost, but the team here went above and beyond by locating it and shipping it back to me, which I truly appreciated. This location does have room for improvement, particularly in terms of communication when items aren’t available and the quality of service in general. The recent renovation, especially the new lighting, could use some tweaks. That said, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives on this visit. If you’re in the area and craving some home-style cooking along with friendly service, stopping by for a meal is a solid choice!

I visited Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Concord for breakfast, and it was a lovely experience. The food was incredibly delicious, especially Grandma's breakfast with French toast. It had the comforting, home-cooked flavor that Cracker Barrel is known for. The atmosphere was very relaxed, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace without feeling rushed. Lauren, our server, was friendly and professional, providing excellent table service. Although there were some hiccups with the timing initially, the manager was extremely nice and helpful, ensuring we felt taken care of. Even though it wasn’t a perfect visit this time, Cracker Barrel is usually a great place, and based on the delicious food and friendly service, I definitely recommend giving it a try. I look forward to returning soon.

I visited Waffle House in Concord for breakfast, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked waffles and a hearty omelet that truly hit the spot. Panera Bread
8034 Concord Mills Boulevard, Concord
(704) 979-1990
Dan Turner
I had a great breakfast experience at Panera Bread in Concord. The wild rice chicken soup was fantastic, and their natural lemonade is refreshing and delicious. The location itself is clean, open, and cozy, and the food came out quickly. It was fresh and hot, living up to the quality I've come to expect from Panera. While I'm a fan of the soup, the grilled cheese wasn't my favorite, but that's just personal preference. The prices were a bit higher than I remember, with a soup, sandwich, and drink costing $24.60. Despite this, the overall food quality and service make it a 4.8 out of 5 for me.
Parkway House Family Restaurant

Sharesa Morales
After not visiting Parkway House Family Restaurant in Concord for years, I decided to stop by for breakfast, and overall, it was a good experience. We were seated immediately, and the coffee was hot with an attentive server who made sure our cups were never empty. The pancakes were decent, but the sausage really stood out as delicious. Prices were very reasonable, which is always a plus. We also tried the chicken and pork chop, which were both quite tasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the standout among the sides, though the rice was undercooked, and the collard greens lacked flavor. Service was okay; while they were unsure about the menu and had to ask, which I appreciated, there was a lack of follow-up after we ordered. If you're planning to visit for breakfast on a Saturday, make sure you arrive before 1 pm, as that's when they stop serving breakfast. Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our meals and would consider giving it another shot. Good food overall, though the quality might vary—it seems like it might have been an off day.
