Canvas Coffee
2331 Kellogg Ave, Corona
(951) 520-3058
Francisco Boudet
What a gem! In a neighborhood filled with hyped coffee spots, Canvas Coffee truly stands out. The coffee here is hands down the best I've had, and let's not forget about the breakfast eggs—they were fresh and delicious. As soon as I walked in, the smell of coffee beans hit me, and I was warmly greeted by the person at the counter. Their latte was fantastic, and the beans used were top-notch. For coffee lovers, this place is a must-visit. It's a five-star experience all the way, from the quality of the coffee to the friendly atmosphere. I was excited to try their seasonal 'mazapan' and 'horchata' flavors; both were delicious and not too sweet. I hope these flavors make a comeback because I'll definitely be visiting often. Previously, I caught a great promotion for $1 pastries, and I'm hoping they'll bring that back too. While the coffee is outstanding and the vibe is positive, there's room for improvement in customer service. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoy coming here for the coffee. Highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates a good cup of coffee.
Rodeo Cafe
847 Sixth St, Norco
(951) 549-0287
Grace Mejia
While traveling for work, I decided to skip the usual hotel breakfast in search of something more satisfying. That's how I stumbled upon the Rodeo Cafe in Norco, CA—a fantastic find! Arriving at 10:15 AM, I was greeted by a bustling crowd of locals, which is always promising. Despite the 30-minute wait, my optimism paid off. This cafe truly offers a friendly, small-town vibe right in the middle of a large metro area. As soon as I sat down, I started with a cup of coffee. It was flavorful and exactly what I needed to kickstart my morning. The menu offered plenty of options, and after a quick browse, I decided on a country omelette, loaded with ham, bacon, and sausage, all topped with gravy. Alongside, I had potatoes and a biscuit with even more gravy. The portions were generous—enough that I couldn't finish it all. The omelette was packed with meats, making it hearty and filling. The potatoes were perfectly crispy outside and tender inside. The gravy could use a bit more seasoning, but a sprinkle of pepper made it just right. Overall, Rodeo Cafe is a solid breakfast choice, especially if you're looking for something to keep you fueled for the day. I highly recommend it! It stands out compared to places like Denny's or Corky's, both in taste and price. I loved the "homey" atmosphere and the friendly staff. The chorizo was excellent, and my boyfriend enjoyed his country fried steak with a side of pancakes. Seeing horses in the corral added a unique touch. Portions are big, prices are fair, and it's worth every penny.
Copperlocks
4330 Green River Rd, Corona
(951) 268-6059
Sonya Sweet
Copperlocks is a fantastic spot for breakfast and beyond! The selection of traditional American diner fare, including shakes, burgers, pastrami, Monte Cristo sandwiches, and more, is impressive. I love that breakfast is served all day, which is a huge plus. During our visit, our group tried the bacon cheeseburger, pastrami sandwich, chicken sandwich, Monte Cristo sandwich, and gyro. Everything was satisfying, with the pastrami and Monte Cristo’s bread grilled perfectly. The servings were just right. Although the food took a bit to come out, it was worth the wait because everything is made-to-order. The friendly and attentive service made the experience even better. I did notice there’s a 50-cent charge for ranch, which is worth mentioning, but it’s a minor detail in an otherwise great experience. The place is clean, and the staff is genuinely nice. After a 10K run, I decided to try the cheese fries and bacon burger with cheese. The fries were on point—great seasoning, cheese, and texture—even though I’m not a big fry person. The bacon burger wasn’t quite as juicy as I prefer, but it’s not enough to keep me from coming back. There are so many menu items that look delicious, so I’m excited to try more. The sandwiches and chicken nuggets were delightful, not too greasy, and the mango smoothie was a hit. The open space is perfect for chilling with a large group of friends, making Copperlocks a great spot to hang out and enjoy good food.
Baker's Dozen Donuts Deli & Delights
325 S Main St A, Corona
(951) 736-7571
Tess Cranston
Baker's Dozen Donuts Deli & Delights is hands down one of the best places for breakfast in the area. The twist doughnut I tried was the best I've had in a long time. The customer service was excellent—quick and friendly, making it a must-try spot. I live in Fontana and was in the area, and decided to check it out after not having much luck elsewhere. I was blown away! The chipotle turkey sandwich on a bagel was delicious, and the taro icing donuts were high-end and tasty. When you walk in, the menu is on the left and the line starts on the right, which is a bit confusing. While one of the staff members was a bit rude, and there's a lack of eye contact from some, they should work on greeting people as they arrive, especially during busy times. Despite this, the place is great overall. I visited around 5:30 pm, and while the little bites weren't as fresh, I can only imagine how amazing they are in the morning. If you're a donut lover, this place will quickly become your favorite—they're always fresh and the atmosphere is lively. They also offer healthy options like green juices, and the place is wheelchair accessible through a second door with an elevator, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, it's a gem of a spot, and I can't wait to visit again.
Rodeo Café
1957 Foothill Pkwy, Corona
(951) 547-4867
Nancy Bright
My wife and I found Rodeo Café while staying at the hotel next door, and it's become our go-to breakfast spot. We've been there 4-5 times, and each visit just gets better. The food is excellent and worth every penny. The service is outstanding—Bryan and Nellie, along with the entire team, are amazing. I usually get the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs; it's huge and delicious. My wife tried the NY Steak and Eggs and loved it. While some reviews mention the wait, it's worth it. The place is busy, especially on weekends, but that's because the food is so great. It would be nice to have more outdoor seating, and the entrance door could use a little adjustment, but these are just observations. The Benedict eggs have room for improvement, but the kid's menu is great with good portions. This is a wonderful breakfast spot for my family, and the friendly, attentive service keeps us coming back. I highly recommend it.
Chick-fil-A
3555 Grand Oaks, Corona
(951) 898-0608
Alan Bentley
On September 4th, I visited the Chick-fil-A in Corona for breakfast and had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making the visit enjoyable from the start. I ordered two deluxe sandwich combos, and although there was a mix-up with the spicy sandwiches, the overall service was positive. Even though there was an issue with getting in touch over the phone about the order error, the staff's kindness during our visit made a strong impression. What stood out most was how accommodating they were during my first visit to Chick-fil-A. They provided our meal free of charge, and Karam, a staff member who helped us, was a joy to interact with. Plus, they included a cookie with our meal, which was a delightful surprise after a long drive. Though the drive-thru wait can be lengthy at times, and there have been minor order issues, the genuine friendliness and warm service make up for it. I would recommend this branch and look forward to returning for another satisfying meal.
Xpresso Urban Cafe
2681 Green River Rd STE 101, Corona
(951) 847-2593
Victorino Martin
I stopped by Xpresso Urban Cafe for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. The cafe was clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The ambiance was cozy and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect spot to relax. The food was excellent, and their shakes and lattes were phenomenal. The two people working there were very sweet and recommended a drink and sandwich, which were delicious. I highly recommend this place! It's a 5/5 experience for me, which is rare. I visited on a Thursday morning around 8:45 am, and the atmosphere was quiet and calming. The food and coffee are tasty and reasonably priced. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!
Sunrise Grind
3833 Bedford Canyon Rd STE 103, Corona
(951) 272-2900
Jessica Pabalkar Bhure
Sunrise Grind is a delightful breakfast spot that impressed me with its flavorful and expertly brewed drinks, surpassing any chain coffee shop I've visited. Although there's often a wait, it's well worth it. The Honey Toffee latte paired perfectly with a homemade bran muffin, offering a delightful combination. While the New Orleans iced coffee was a bit too sweet for my taste, being spoiled by New Orleans coffee back home, the coffee quality was still commendable. This was my first visit, and the triple chocolate mocha was fantastic! The croissant with ham and cheese was hot, crispy, and fresh—an absolute treat. Finishing with an apple left my tummy happy. The whole experience is way better than any famous chain coffee shop. The vibe here is chill, and the staff exudes energy and a cool mood, making the experience all the more pleasant. The customer service is consistently great, and the place is always clean with excellent drinks. My family and I, including my husband and three girls, are all big fans of this place. We've loved it since it was "It's a Grind," and we're happy to see it continue as Sunrise Grind. The Ice Blended Mocha is the best out there, and their delicious bagels deserve a special mention. I wholeheartedly recommend Sunrise Grind and will definitely keep returning.
El Cerrito Cafe
19619 Temescal Canyon Rd, Corona
(951) 407-9024
Sergio Gomez
El Cerrito Cafe is a fantastic spot for breakfast in Corona! The food is absolutely amazing, and the place is always bustling with activity. It's a small, quaint cafe with a full bar and a couple of TVs, which adds to its charm. I went in for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Bree, our server, was super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The Summit breakfast was delicious, with fresh biscuits and flavorful gravy. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the hashbrowns were tasty. Portions are large, perfect for sharing. We also tried the kids' French toast with bacon, and it came out hot and flavorful. On weekends, they offer Menudo and Eggs Benedict, which is a nice variety along with their Chilaquiles, machaca, and breakfast burritos. The cafe might be small, and you could have a little wait, but it's definitely worth it. The atmosphere has an old-school diner vibe with a Mexican twist, which my husband and I loved. Everyone there was welcoming, and our waitress, Rosie, was kind and helpful. I’m a regular here because Miguel serves up dishes that are consistently delicious. I haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but each dish I've had is outstanding. Miguel truly embodies the American Dream, sharing his passion with every guest. And if you enjoy your meal with a side of sunshine, Kayla's glowing smile and beautiful eyes will brighten your day. Highly recommend this spot; it’s become one of our favorites, and we're spreading the word to friends and family!
Tacos Puro Jalisco
161 N McKinley St # 101, Corona
(951) 987-0038
Tiffanie St Germain
Tacos Puro Jalisco is a fantastic spot for breakfast in Corona, and I can't recommend it enough. As a truck driver, it's super convenient because I can easily park in the center between the yellow lines. The place is clean, they have restrooms available, and the service is excellent. The food was prepared quickly, which is always a plus, and it tasted amazing. The tacos are seasoned perfectly, and the combo plates that come with beans and rice are a great deal. It's a cozy spot with only a few tables inside and some outdoor seating, which can be too hot on really warm days, but it's absolutely worth it for the flavor and value you get. I really enjoyed the menudo con pata and the birria combo, and I will definitely return. It's a friendly place with fast service, and although it's a little tucked away, it serves up the best tacos in Corona.
The Original Pancake House Norco
1750 Hamner Ave, Norco
(951) 403-6900
Jeremy Cap
This past Saturday morning, I visited The Original Pancake House in Norco with a group of friends. Despite it being packed, we were seated relatively quickly, and our food arrived in a timely manner. The pancakes were fluffy, and the omelets were huge, definitely worth the price. The bacon was cooked perfectly, crisp yet soft in the middle. Their coffee mugs are adorable, and you can even purchase them if you like, which I found to be a nice touch. Our server was very friendly and kept us updated on our orders, which came out hot and fresh. The large menu offered a great selection of breakfast items, with portions matching the pricing. Although I found the amount of cheese in the omelette a bit much for my taste, I’m sure others would enjoy it. One odd thing was the upcharge for specialty pancakes. The menu didn't mention it, nor did our server, and it was $6.50 for a strawberry pancake upgrade that only added three strawberries and a bit of whipped cream. However, management reached out to apologize and took accountability, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great first experience, with amazing service and delicious food. Despite the minor hiccup with the specialty pancake pricing, I definitely plan on returning. It's a large eatery with a friendly staff, and it serves up a satisfying breakfast experience.
Crave Coffee & Tea
175 E Ontario Ave, Corona
(951) 278-0038
Jay Abbott
When we moved here, this spot quickly became a favorite. The build a bagel option is adorable and adds a fun touch to breakfast. My go-to drink is the raspberry white chocolate latte. It's perfectly sweet without being overly syrupy. The selection of drinks is excellent, and they nail the ice ratio in iced drinks every time—just the right amount! During my last visit, I tried the spiced brown sugar iced coffee with oat milk and paired it with a carrot bar. The coffee had a delicious blend of cinnamon and brown sugar, striking the ideal balance between sweet and bitter. As for the carrot bar? It was moist, flavorful, and topped with real cream cheese frosting—simply delightful. I admit, I accidentally took us to the Corona location instead of Riverside, but on a nice day, that's hardly a problem. I've been to both locations, and I've never been disappointed with either. Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop by. Always a great experience—I just wish there was a location closer to me!
Corky's Kitchen & Bakery
3811 Bedford Canyon Rd #108, Corona
(951) 735-3100
Mshairi Matthews
Yummm! My family and I stopped in for breakfast while we were in the area for vacation, and Corky's Kitchen & Bakery did not disappoint. The portions were large and everything tasted excellent. The service was good, responsive, and courteous, which made our visit enjoyable. If you're a breakfast food fanatic, this place is worth a visit. We tried a mix of items, and of course, I had to taste them all. Parking is a bit tight with only two handicap spots, so it might not be the most accessible for everyone. Our party of seven didn't have to wait too long for a table, which was nice. Just a heads up—if they ask if you want additional ingredients, make sure to check if there's an extra charge. I know things like avocado, bell peppers, and green onions tend to cost more. I've been enjoying Corky's for over a decade, and the food is always delicious. The service was a bit slower this time, with about a 10-15 minute wait for a cup of water or coffee, which was unusual. I'm guessing it's due to new staff. But the stuffed blueberry French toast with cream cheese more than made up for it—it was both tasty and filling. The pies are amazing too, making Corky's a perfect spot for a great piece of pie. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast, and Corky's never fails to deliver great homestyle cooking. You definitely need to try it!
Corky's Kitchen & Bakery - Eastvale
12552 Limonite Ave Suite #130, Eastvale
(951) 278-9922
Francisco Duque
Who puts gravy on an omelette? Corky's does, and once you try it, you'll wonder why more people don't. The food at Corky's Kitchen & Bakery in Eastvale is amazing and well-portioned for the price. The menu is balanced, and everything tastes fresh without excess grease, which really enhances the flavors. Service can vary depending on how busy it is, but the place has a good selection of condiments on the table, which is a nice touch. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and loved every bit of it. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy, and the fresh fruit was excellent. The portions are large, so make sure you're hungry because you'll definitely leave full. The prices are modest, especially considering the serving sizes. The ambiance is cozy, and the waitress was kind and patient, so we didn't feel rushed at all. I went with my sister, and we were able to stay and chat comfortably in the casual setting. We even ordered a kid's plate for her grandson, who is only four years old, and the portion was massive, just like an adult's! It's a fantastic spot for kids' breakfasts too. I lived in Eastvale for 12 years and never knew this gem was here. The food is delicious, and our server, Ashley, made the experience even better with her friendly and kind service. I definitely recommend visiting Corky's for breakfast. It's a great place to enjoy a hearty, delicious meal!
Starbucks
469 Magnolia Ave #110, Corona
(951) 280-0953
Rosaura Mongerard
Starbucks in Corona is a fantastic spot for breakfast. It's a great place to meet friends and family, with a friendly staff and clean tables and restrooms. The outside seating area is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the fresh air without the hassle of a drive-thru. I appreciate that there's less traffic and no smog from idling cars, making it a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee. A shoutout to Ozzy for his awesome service—he's always on point! Among the many Starbucks I've visited in Southern California, this one truly stands out for its service and the taste of its drinks. The coffee shop is huge, offering both indoor and outdoor seating, with a common outdoor area shared with other restaurants. However, there's plenty of space reserved for Starbucks customers. The staff here is fast and super friendly. The restrooms are spotless, and the drinks are prepared with care. Ordering through the mobile app is a breeze, and my order is usually ready on time. Even though there's no drive-thru, there are plenty of parking spaces for those in a hurry. I have to commend Jacob, one of the baristas, for his exceptional customer service. His positivity and knowledge made our visit even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommended.
5th Ave Bagelry
1210 Magnolia Ave, Corona
(951) 737-9555
Briera Argueta
Having spent over 25 years in Corona, I can confidently say that 5th Ave Bagelry is the go-to spot for the best bagels in town. The moment you walk in, the fresh aroma hits you—absolutely divine. Their Thai tea is a staple for me every visit; it's delicious, not overly sweet, and just perfect. My daughter loves their smoothies, too. Their bagels are always fresh and made daily, which is a huge plus. I'm particularly fond of the avocado parmesan bagel—it's to die for. The coffee is also great and perfect to start the day. It's convenient that they open early, ideal for morning runs. The vibe is always welcoming, and even though I wasn't a fan of the caramel iced coffee, the variety of drinks they offer is impressive. Overall, 5th Ave Bagelry is a gem in Corona, and I'll definitely be going back to try more of their offerings.
IHOP
2450 Wardlow Rd, Corona
(951) 736-5416
Bridgett Martinez
I usually visit IHOP with my family for breakfast, and while the food hasn't always stood out to me, the staff consistently impresses with their professionalism. During our visits, especially on weekends, the place does get pretty busy after 9 am, but the service team makes a noticeable effort to accommodate large groups, even if it takes a bit of time. What truly makes this location stand out is the exceptional service. We often make the trip specifically for the warm experience, especially with Penelope, who treats us like family and is incredibly kind to my kids. If you happen to be served by her, be sure to say hi! While I wouldn't recommend the chicken sandwich, as it didn't meet expectations, the breakfast options, especially the pancakes, are reliably good. Although the booths could be more comfortable and it can get a bit warm inside, the overall experience is positive. Our party of ten had a short wait time of about 15 minutes on a Sunday morning, and the service was great and efficient. Parking is plentiful too, which is always a plus.
Roadside Cafè & Bar
4714 Green River Rd, Corona
(951) 734-2700
Kristin Adrián
Roadside Café & Bar under new management is a great spot for breakfast. It's conveniently located right off the 91 freeway, making it an easy stop. The restaurant has a room for large groups, which is a nice option. While there are some improvements to be made, like adjusting the size of the burger buns and improving the service efficiency, the overall experience was positive. I tried the Country Fried Steak and Eggs, and it was excellent. The coffee was really good too, which is always a plus. The diner is clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the new decorations, especially the chalkboard wall with specials—such a nice touch. Their menu offers a lot of variety. We decided on the Berry Salad with grilled chicken, pasta Alfredo, and chicken piccata, and every dish was delicious. Our waitress was super nice and friendly, which made the visit even better. Despite a few small setbacks, I plan to return and try more of their menu. Roadside Café & Bar is definitely worth a visit.
Sombrero Mexican Food
1535 E Ontario Ave, Corona
(951) 272-0153
Joe Spitta
I had breakfast at Sombrero Mexican Food in Corona and overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant had a nice appearance, was clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which really added to the visit. For breakfast, I had the huevos rancheros and my husband tried the chorizo con huevo. Both dishes were delicious and authentic. The beans and potatoes that came with our meals were also tasty, although they were served lukewarm. Despite that, they were still enjoyable. However, there were a couple of disappointments. I ordered eight rolled chicken tacos supreme with guacamole and sour cream on the side, but they forgot to include them. Additionally, the tacos were not as filled as I had hoped, with just a small amount of mashed chicken inside each one. While there were a few issues, I believe the positives outweigh the negatives. The main breakfast dishes we tried were flavorful and satisfying, and the friendly service made a difference. I hope the restaurant addresses the minor issues with the tacos and temperature of the sides, as I would love to return for another breakfast in the future.
Alamilla's Mexican Food
841 N Main St, Corona
(951) 279-9854
Diana Setiadi
Alamilla's Mexican Food has been my go-to breakfast spot in Corona for nearly 20 years, and they never disappoint. Their breakfast burritos are unbeatable, filled with tasty, well-cooked ingredients that always hit the spot. I’m a big fan of both the red and green sauces—they add just the right kick to any dish. The chicken street tacos? Absolutely fantastic! And while the carne asada fries are delicious, I do think slightly larger fries would make them perfect. The portions here are generous, so you always leave full and satisfied. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other places around, making it a great value. The drive-thru is efficient, and while the inside seating could use an update, it doesn’t take away from the experience. I look forward to my next visit.
