Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. After enjoying our meal, Miss Betty introduced us to other patrons, and we all shared a moment of prayer before leaving. The café is truly a hidden gem. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal, and the skillet I tried was the best I’ve ever had—and I've tried a lot over the years. The food, clearly made with love and care, left a lasting impression. The atmosphere of A Divine Encounter Café is warm and inviting, enhanced by the genuine care of Miss Betty. Unique options like the quinoa hash browns and the wheatgrass coffee were surprising hits. Although I usually document my meals with photos, the environment and Miss Betty’s hospitality made me forget all about it. The Gin and Soda on draft was refreshing, and the Espresso Martini was pure deliciousness. I also tried the Vesper Martini, which was perfectly citrusy. The Goldrush and a rum drink (ask Cyrus to make it) took me back to tropical vibes with great flavors. Ending with a Rob Roy was the cherry on top. The waffle was thick and delicious, and the turkey sausage was juicy with great flavor. My girlfriend's French toast with peanut butter, cream cheese, and whipped cream was an amazing flavor combination! It's too bad we live two hours away from this place; otherwise, we'd be here once a week or every other week! So good! Cosmos was out of this world. The food was delicious and one of the best values for what we ordered. The service was fast and prompt. I ordered a salad, and my wife got an omelet. Their omelets are six eggs, so just an FYI. They did mess up the chicken on my salad, but they took it back and brought out a new one. Next time we're in Fort Wayne, we will be going back! The food, atmosphere, and staff here are always amazing! I've never had a bad meal, and the staff is always running around making sure their customers have everything they need! It’s also great that they serve the veterans in their community once a month by offering free breakfast to those veterans. Amazing seven-egg omelets. Great, cheerful service. Nice place—a bit noisy.
