The staff is super friendly, the service is quick, and the donuts are truly unforgettable, even for someone who doesn’t always love donuts like me. I highly recommend checking them out! The pancakes are unique and, in my opinion, much better than what you’d get at places like Denny's or iHop. I usually get mine with chocolate chips and whipped cream, and they’re excellent. Their bacon is truly the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It’s thick, crispy, and the slices are impressively large compared to other diners. They also serve massive, whimsically-shaped omelettes. The coffee here is great too, with hazelnut and vanilla creamer options and free refills. The service is always very friendly, and the staff is super nice and helpful. Although they recently raised prices, their junior plates are still reasonable, and you can upgrade to specialty pancakes for just $1.50. We were really impressed by how fluffy, rich, and filling the pancakes were, with so many varieties to choose from. Our dishes were plentiful, hot, and absolutely delicious. The service was quick and the staff were super friendly. The place was also very clean, which added to our great experience. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs, which came with three pancakes and a side of hash browns. Everything was so tasty! The table next to us ordered the apple pancake, and it looked and smelled amazing. I was definitely tempted to try it next time. On our return visit, I did get the apple pancake, and it was fantastic! It did take a bit longer to cook, so keep that in mind, but it was definitely worth the wait. The bacon was also really tasty. The service was top-notch; Matthew was outstanding, not just with us, but I noticed he was attentive to others as well. I've traveled a lot, and he’s one of the best servers I've encountered. While the omelettes were a bit bland, they were still good. The pancakes were, as expected, delicious, and the coffee was decent too. Our waitress did a great job. There was a slight issue with seating for the disabled, but once I pointed it out, we were seated within 10 minutes. Overall, this has become our new go-to breakfast spot in SoCal.
