The Human Bean

I always stop by The Human Bean in Greeley for breakfast, and their salted caramel latte is unbeatable! The drive-through is quick, and the staff is always friendly, making it a must-stop for anyone in need of a quality coffee fix. We were pleasantly surprised to find that all the positive reviews about their courtesy and friendliness are true. From the moment we pulled up, Feliz's kind energy was immediately noticeable. Even with specific orders, they made us feel comfortable, and our drinks were made exactly to our specifications. Starting my morning with a great attitude and tasty coffee really makes a difference. I stopped in for a coffee, got a delicious drink, and had an incredible experience! The women working there were very friendly and helpful. Just share what you like, and they'll offer a recommendation. They even have a secret menu with about 300 drinks! Mollie, the barista, did an outstanding job. She was quick, kind, and guided me through the menu with great suggestions. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be coming back.

The Coffee Bar at Charley & CO.

The Coffee Bar at Charley & CO. is a delightful neighborhood gem that's a bit off the beaten path but definitely worth the trip. The atmosphere is charming with both indoor and outdoor seating options, perfect for relaxing or meeting friends. The parking is hassle-free, which is always a plus. The coffee here is top-notch, expertly prepared with rich flavors that really stand out. While some of the drinks haven't been quite to my taste, like the lemonade and a couple of others, the food consistently impresses me. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The vibe of the place is boho county chic, and it's attached to a quaint gift store for a little extra shopping fun. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, with Lori being particularly helpful and sweet during my visits. Visiting from out of town, I was on the hunt for a genuine city coffee shop experience, and this spot definitely delivered. The creative lattes, boba, and eats are exceptional. If you're in town, don’t miss this place. I only wish I had discovered it sooner so I could have enjoyed it every day.
Margie's Java Joint

Ashley Walline
I stopped at Margie's Java Joint for a coffee and pastry and was thoroughly impressed. I had a hot almond latte, and my husband tried the iced oat milk latte; both were delicious. The lemon scone and banana nut bread were fresh and tasty as well. The café is a fantastic spot to study or relax, whether you're alone or with friends. The music was perfectly chill, not too loud, and the atmosphere felt cozy with local art, clothing, and trinkets on display. Every time we visited during our five-day stay, we were greeted with kindness and joy. The coffee was consistently great. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when visiting town. The café is located in a beautiful historical building with a spacious layout and ample seating. The bathrooms are spotless, and the service is impeccable. It's easily one of my top ten favorite cafes in Colorado. My mother and I often go there for a late lunch, sharing lox and bagels with extra onions and a GOAT salad. The presentation is always spot-on, and the food is so tasty that we find ourselves wishing we could start all over once the plates are empty. The ambiance is welcoming, clean, and spacious, and the friendly staff make each visit a delight. I'm really grateful to have such a wonderful place to enjoy time with my mother. Thank you to everyone at Margie's Java Joint!
Ziggi's Coffee

The Ziggi's Coffee on 10th in Greeley is a fantastic spot for breakfast. I’ve visited multiple times, both through the drive-thru and inside the dining area, and each experience has been great. The interior space is clean, open, and has plenty of seating options, including some cozy chairs in the middle. The service at this location is consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. This spot is definitely worth a stop for your morning coffee. Their drink menu offers a wide variety of options similar to most coffee shops, including seasonal selections. They have a good range of both hot and cold drinks, and the quality is always consistent. I prefer their coffee over some of the larger chains because it lacks that burnt taste you sometimes get elsewhere. If you’re looking for something delicious, I highly recommend their drip coffee or one of their specialty drinks. The Matcha Blender is a personal favorite—nothing else compares. The iced vanilla latte with oat milk is another great choice. What I love most about Ziggi’s is that you can always taste the coffee, not just the sweetness. It's coffee done right, and it's consistent no matter which location you visit. I’m thrilled about the new Water Valley location opening soon. I’ve never had a bad experience at Ziggi's. The service is always stellar, whether you’re inside or using the drive-thru. And don’t forget to try the chocolate espresso bean they offer with your hot drink—it’s a nice touch!

I've enjoyed my visits to La Nueva Taqueria y Panaderia for breakfast in Greeley. The food and baked goods are excellent and always fresh. The asada fries were particularly good, and the smothered burrito was delicious. I also appreciate their variety of breads and cookies. The atmosphere is cozy, and the place is small but cute. The service is friendly and makes me feel welcome. This spot is definitely worth trying for their tasty offerings and warm service.

Scooter's Coffee

(970) 888-3769
Diyron Labrecque
Bailey and the team at Scooter's Coffee in Greeley were incredibly helpful when I needed a bulk order for a recent two-day event. Their communication was spot-on, and everyone at the event loved the coffee! We’ll definitely be using Scooter's Greeley for future catering needs. The staff is super friendly and fast, and they offer great options for breakfast that taste amazing. I tried the southwestern burrito, and it was flavorful and perfectly spiced. Their drinks are consistently well-made, rich in flavor even with extra espresso. While I love Scooter's, I've had a couple of hiccups with my coffee orders, like getting whipped cream when I asked for none. But overall, the positive experiences far outweigh these small issues. Despite a few service missteps, I’m still a fan and look forward to returning.
The Paragon Family Restaurant
2725 W 10th St, Greeley

Chukumere Williams
The rumors are definitely true—The Paragon Family Restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! Their Mexican omelette is super unique and delicious, a must-try if you're in the mood for an omelette. No matter how much coffee I drank, my cup seemed never-ending, which was just perfect. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was relaxed and quaint. This place is a favorite for my family and me. We go every Saturday morning, and we're always greeted with a warm smile. The kids love their strawberry time pancakes, which makes it a great family-friendly spot. It truly feels like our "home away from home" when it comes to enjoying a great meal together. The blueberry pancakes were fantastic, and the American Fries, which are sliced home fries, were a treat. The restaurant is clean, and the prices are very reasonable. I'm already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend it for breakfast.
The Country Inn Restaurant
1415 8th Ave, Greeley
(970) 353-8530
Kerlande Smyser
The Country Inn Restaurant in Greeley is a gem for breakfast. It's a quaint spot that's impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. My husband ordered the sausage omelette with a side of country gravy, while I chose the country Benedict. The gravy was thick with just the right amount of spice, leaning towards a peppery kick, which I loved. The sausage patties had a bit of a kick too, which added a nice touch without being overwhelming. The coffee was just right—not too light or dark—and the waitress made sure our cups stayed full. The staff has impressive longevity, which really shows how well they are treated. It's impressive to see employees who have been there for so many years. It's a great place with good food; it never disappoints. Service was spot on, even when the place was bustling. Definitely a place worth visiting for a hearty breakfast.
Winchell's
1503 8th Ave, Greeley

Artemio Ratfield
Visiting Winchell's in Greeley for breakfast was a delightful experience. It was my first time there, and I left thoroughly impressed. I ordered a coffee and a toasted everything bagel, both of which were excellent. The coffee was just right, and the bagel was the perfect balance of crunchy and moist. The staff was friendly and even offered to spread the cream cheese on my bagel for me, which was a nice touch. Although I was disappointed that they were out of my favorite apple fritter, I tried the blueberry fritter and found it to be delicious as well. During a September Council Meeting in Greeley, my team and I relied on Winchell's for breakfast, and the service was outstanding. They made ordering and paying in advance for an early pickup a breeze, and the donuts were consistently delicious. I was initially hesitant to try Winchell's again, as I remembered it being different from when we lived here years ago. However, my husband persuaded me, saying it had improved significantly, and he was right. The donuts are fantastic, and the avocado bagel sandwiches have become my favorite. Overall, Winchell's is a wonderful place for breakfast or a quick treat, and the donuts are absolutely worth trying.
Ziggi's Coffee

Kelli Hernandez
Ziggi's Coffee in Greeley is my go-to spot for a quick coffee and breakfast pickup. The convenience of this place is hard to beat, especially with their extensive drink menu and great food options. The Java Chip Blender is a standout—absolutely amazing. What really sets this location apart is the staff. They're consistently friendly and welcoming; they're always smiling and laughing which makes each visit enjoyable. Don't forget to grab a punch card to earn some free goodies—it's a nice perk! Although they seemed a bit flustered with my larger order, the staff handled it with grace. I’m used to the big chains for large orders, but these ladies did their best, and their kindness made it worth it. The coffee is excellent, and Ziggi's has quickly become my new favorite coffee shop. The lady with the short hair who works in the morning is exceptional. She went above and beyond for us, which makes stopping by such a pleasure. This location truly showcases the good people still out there. We love grabbing drinks for the kids before heading to work out west. It's easily the best Ziggi's I've ever been to!
Chick-fil-A
4555 Centerplace Dr, Greeley
(970) 330-4421
Élise Delgado-Lopez
Chick-fil-A in Greeley is one of my go-to spots for breakfast. Every time I eat there, the experience is consistently great. Their food is always delicious, with everything you expect from Chick-fil-A, especially the breakfast items. Inside, the lines move quickly, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff genuinely seems happy to serve, which makes the whole visit even more enjoyable. I never feel like I need to double-check my order before leaving because it's always correct, right down to the sauces. One memorable visit was when an attendant named Surenity added a touch of cheer to the entire place, even blessing a customer who sneezed from across the restaurant! Although there's room for improvement in their drive-thru speed compared to other locations, the service and quality of food keep me coming back. The enthusiasm of the staff is infectious, and they always make you feel valued as a customer. My only wish is that their ice cream machine worked, but that’s a small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience.

Epic Egg GREELEY - 23rd Ave

I absolutely loved my breakfast experience at Epic Egg on 23rd Ave in Greeley! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and quick with everything, which made the morning really enjoyable. My veggie omelet was perfect – the veggies were wonderfully seasoned, and the eggs were fluffy and cooked just right. The oatmeal was tasty too, not mushy like some places serve it. I did have to do a little rearranging to make room for the toppings, but once I mixed everything together, it was heavenly. One of my favorite parts was the coffee service. They left the carafe at the table, so I could pour myself as much hot coffee as I wanted without having to wave someone down. It reminded me of old-school diners and was such a nice touch. The sides were great too! The diced potatoes and toast complemented the meal nicely. As truckers, we're always on the lookout for good spots to eat, and this place hit the mark with well-seasoned dishes and generous portions. We'll definitely be back! A big thank you to Kathy B. for making it a wonderful visit.

I've been to Cafe Mexicali twice in one week for breakfast in Greeley and absolutely love it! The amount of cheese they put on their dishes is incredible, and the taste is just amazing. The food always comes out fresh and hot, with perfectly melted cheese, thanks to their oven. The quality of their food is outstanding. We even had Cafe Mexicali cater a party, and the experience was seamless. The planning was professional and organized, and everyone raved about the delicious food. I'll definitely have them cater my next event. When dining in, my friends and I tried the salads with chicken, and we were blown away by the flavors and the generous portions. I couldn't even finish my meal, and I'm 6'4", so I had some tasty leftovers for lunch the next day. Overall, I'd rate this place a solid 4.85 stars if I could!

Roasty's Diner

Roasty's Diner is a charming spot in Greeley that perfectly blends a modern update with a vintage feel. It's a cozy place with plenty of seating, making it a great choice for breakfast. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there's something for everyone. Every time I've gone, the food has been consistently great, and I especially enjoy the omelets and French toast. While I've had some issues with service in the past, which can be a bit slow, the quality of the food makes up for it. The diner has a warm atmosphere that keeps me coming back, and I appreciate the effort they've put into maintaining that classic diner vibe. I'm hopeful that the service will improve over time because Roasty's has the potential to be one of the best breakfast spots in town.

Tejas Santiago
Epic Egg on 10th Street in Greeley truly impressed me for breakfast. I tried the Huevos Rancheros, and while it surprised me with black beans instead of refried beans, it was delicious. The addition of salsa and guacamole was a nice touch, and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. Dining on the shady little patio was a lovely experience, and our waitress was friendly and quick, making the meal even more enjoyable. The food was so good that we went back the next day to try different dishes, which were equally delicious. The gluten-free French toast and pancakes were awesome, and the Phoenix sandwich, also gluten-free, was outstanding. My friend had the fully loaded potatoes and raved about them; I was a bit envious I couldn’t try the green chile due to gluten, but she said they were among the best she’s ever had. I highly recommend this spot for its great food at reasonable prices. The service was kind and attentive, significantly enhancing the experience. My first visit years ago wasn’t the best, but this time around, the server was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The variety of mimosas was also a delightful addition. I'll definitely return to Epic Egg for another fantastic breakfast!

Out of the Blue in Greeley is hands down the best spot for brunch, especially if you have kids. The atmosphere is welcoming, and they even have dry erase board menus for the little ones, which my kids absolutely loved. The Picasso pancake was a massive hit with them. As a coffee enthusiast, I was blown away by their Chai latte; it ranks among the best I've ever tried. The portions are generous, and the menu offers a nice variety. The food came out quickly but still felt like it was made with care. Meeting the owner was a nice touch—so friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of supporting local restaurants. We love coming here, both as a family with our five kids, and occasionally just my husband and I for a breakfast date. The staff is amazing with the kids and never seems bothered by the inevitable mess that comes with dining with children. It's refreshing to find a place that caters to both kid-friendly options and the more sophisticated dishes my husband and I enjoy. I'm a big fan of the Chef’s Salmon, and my husband can't get enough of the breakfast burrito. We’ll definitely keep coming back to this fantastic family-friendly restaurant.

Starbucks in Greeley is a fantastic spot for breakfast and coffee. I absolutely love using the app to place my orders in advance, as it makes my visits so much smoother. The staff is generally friendly, and they work hard to get drinks out quickly, which I appreciate. The convenience of picking up my custom coffee, which is always ready to go, keeps me coming back multiple times a week. While the atmosphere can be a bit energetic with the music, it's a lively place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall, Starbucks in Greeley is a reliable and convenient choice for a good start to my day.
