The customer service was impeccable, with Yanko, the manager, and Dailin making sure everything was perfect. The food is simply spectacular. I tried the boliche on a subsequent visit, and it was bursting with flavor. The meat was tender and juicy, and the chorizo stuffing was an incredible touch. The rice with black beans complemented the dish perfectly. To top it off, the desserts are incredible. The coconut flan was the best I've ever had. The Cuban coffee is the perfect final touch to a memorable meal. I highly recommend Maruchi Restaurant to anyone wanting to experience genuine Cuban cuisine. I'll definitely be coming back soon. Although I usually visit the Calle 8 location, we decided to try the Hialeah spot. The food quality is consistent, but the atmosphere in Calle 8 is a bit more vibrant, and the staff there are friendlier. Despite those differences, we enjoyed our fritas in Hialeah and highly recommend it. However, for a more pleasurable experience, the Calle 8 location is my top pick.

The menu offers a lot of tempting choices, so take a moment to decide what you really want or consider sharing a few options. With four of us dining, we spent around $60, which felt reasonable for what we got. While I opted for a simple eggs, bacon, smash browns, and biscuit plate—classic and pleasing—the biscuits truly stole the show. Adding butter and possibly jam or gravy made them unforgettable. Although the serving sizes aren't huge, they were enough to satisfy us. Seating wasn't an issue, with plenty of space available both indoors and outdoors. The iced caramel mocha latte was a nice touch, though nothing groundbreaking. What stood out, however, was the fresh and sweet orange juice. Overall, if you're in the area and looking for a breakfast spot, Maple Street Biscuit Company is definitely worth a visit. Whether you're tight on time or have the morning to spare, this place offers quality food in a great environment. I'll definitely be returning!

Our waitress, Maria, was busy cleaning tables, so I didn't see her much, but the other staff were friendly and accommodating. The menu has some unique options like the Dutch Baby and Swedish pancakes, which are hard to find elsewhere and definitely worth trying. The chain's roots in Portland, Oregon, are impressive, and I’m thankful it's spread nationwide. The highlight was definitely the ambiance and the delicious food. The crepes were perfectly made, and the waffles were some of the best I've ever had. The coffee was a great match to the meal. Montserrat, our server, was fantastic, and even the hostess went out of her way to move us to a better table. Overall, it was a wonderful breakfast experience, and I’m looking forward to returning.
