République Café Bakery & République Restaurant

I had the pleasure of dining at République Café Bakery & République Restaurant for brunch, and I must say, it was quite the experience. The ambiance is simply captivating, embracing the charm and warmth of a French home that makes you feel instantly transported. The menu is a treasure trove of choices, and every item seems to have its own unique twist. For starters, the Breakfast Sandwich is a decent choice, though it might seem a bit familiar. What really stood out for me, however, was the glorious French toast – it was exceptionally light and a joy to eat. But the true star of the show had to be the Koshihikari Rice. The dish's unique flavor and texture were something I hadn't experienced before, and it left a lasting impression. Now, it's true that the service leans towards a self-serve, cafeteria style, and it can feel a bit rushed. This can be a tad overwhelming for newcomers who wish for a more interactive experience to make informed menu choices, but it's understandable given the popularity of the place and the persistent long lines. My advice is to arrive early; anything past 10 am and you risk missing out on the full selection of pastries – they're that popular. Coffee lovers will rejoice at their regular brew – it was unbelievably smooth, a perfect complement to the meal. And speaking of pastries, I managed to get a taste of the Passion fruit lime coconut bar, and it was nothing short of dreamy. If that's what you're after, make sure to get there early – they sell out quickly. The dining experience for dinner didn't disappoint either. Though I found the portions on the smaller side, they were perfectly complemented by the standout drinks. I was a tad late to enjoy the bakery's offerings, but next time I'll make it a point to visit earlier, as everyone seems to rave about those bakery items. The baguette was a revelation, fresh with that ideal balance between crispy and chewy. And the way savory flavors were balanced with sweet, such as peaches alongside certain dishes, was quite the adventurous delight. The duck was brilliantly prepared – crispy skin with tender meat – and the corn ravioli, especially with the added truffles, was an explosion of flavor in every bite. République encapsulates the essence of a French culinary adventure right here in LA. This spot has quickly moved up to the top of my list for both lunch and dinner spots in the city. It's a must-visit for anyone wanting to indulge in a bit of French flair.

Three Borders Brunch and Grill is an outstanding spot for brunch in Los Angeles. The owner's warmth and generosity set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Every dish served is fresh and mouthwatering. When I tried El Volcan, it exceeded my expectations, and the accompaniments like the pupusa, and rice and beans were just perfect. The clever names of the salsas add a fun touch to the meal, and it's evident that this is a cherished family-run establishment. The level of service is exceptional, the food is great, and the prices are very reasonable. It's easy to recommend such a wonderful place to others. The menu offers a taste of classic Latin American cuisine, and Chef Yanira's cooking makes it clear why this place is so special. Her hospitality is second to none. Even when they were out of ice cream, which I was initially looking for, I was pleasantly surprised with a delicious Chipilin and chicken tamale. The food here is not just made; it's crafted with love. Everything is fresh, made to order, and the staff is willing to customize dishes. The palpable love poured into the meals enhances the flavor of each bite. Visiting Three Borders Brunch and Grill is a joyous occasion, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and the pride the team takes in their work. The quality here is evident in every aspect of the dining experience.

Met Her At A Bar

My birthday brunch at Met Her At A Bar was a hit! My husband, his sister, and I ventured there, treating ourselves to an outing that felt like an escape from the city right in the heart of Los Angeles. The place reminded me of one of those exclusive excursions you'd find on a cruise—except it's right here in our backyard. When we arrived, the vibe was infectious, bustling with brunch-goers. Despite a waitlist that suggested an hour and a half delay, we were pleasantly surprised when we got our table in just 30 minutes. The menu was tempting, and we couldn't resist the waffles. The peach waffles with vanilla ice cream were an absolute delight; each bite was a perfect blend of fruity sweetness and creamy indulgence. And the gluten-free chocolate raspberry waffles? To die for. Even with a bit of a wait to get seated, it was all worth it. The service added to the overall experience—friendly and attentive, making our time there even more enjoyable. It's these little things that make a place worth revisiting. The café atmosphere was convivial, though I have to note the scent of used frying oil in the air, and the darker shade of the fried potatoes did give that away. We had a couple of hiccups with our order—crispy chicken that didn't seem to be fried in fresh oil and an egg Benedict mishap. I expected a medium poached egg but received a fried egg instead. While they did take the chicken off our bill, I felt that the issue could have been handled differently. Despite these small setbacks, the coffee was a saving grace, really good and contributed to ending our meal on a high note. Indeed, this place has the makings of a local gem, and I'm looking forward to trying more of their lunch offerings. It's a spot I'd certainly consider returning to for another round of those amazing waffles.

This brunch at Redbird was incredible. The meal ranked as one of the top I've ever had. The ambiance set off by the open roof and view of the sky was outstanding, creating a laid-back yet elegant vibe. Both the drinks and the food were executed flawlessly—I'd give it a solid 5 out of 5 and I'm already planning my next visit. The outdoor wedding venue area was a sight to behold with its pristine garden, bar, and space for various activities. The menu offerings were so tantalizing that I completely forgot to take pictures, which says quite a lot. I'm excited to return and explore more of what they have to offer. Housed in a former church, the interior was impressive, retaining a sense of grandeur and history. The drink selection was decent enough, but the starters really shone, especially the Parker roll paired with date butter and the rich chicken liver mousse. While the Chawanmushi didn't hit the mark due to its conflicting flavors and textures, dishes like the lamb belly and pork chops were succulent and packed with taste. The staff were welcoming and attentive, contributing to a fantastic dining experience. We indulged in lattes, pastries, and a couple of main dishes for brunch, and each item served was a hit. The charm of the restaurant is further enhanced by its location on the grounds of a Catholic church, which we got to explore on a tour that was simply breathtaking. It's definitely a spot worth checking out.

Traveling to California always promises new culinary adventures, and my trip for a wedding was no exception. Recommended by friends, I made my way to The Griddle Cafe for brunch and, oh, was it worth it. In my brief three-day stay, I found myself there twice, craving more of their generous servings and swift service. Despite a slight premium on the price, the portion sizes more than justified the cost. It's the kind of place where dishes are easily shareable among several people. The location adds to its charm, making the overall experience a solid 10/10 in my book. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Let's talk about the portions again – they're massive. Whatever you order, expect it to surpass any normal hunger levels. For those who have been eyeing The Griddle Cafe but deterred by the long lines, timing is everything. A weekend brunch at 10:30 AM may suggest an hour's wait, but patience can sometimes cut that down to 40 minutes, and it's worth every minute. Choosing from their menu was a delight. We went for the Poached Y Papas Benedict, the Black Magic Pancake, and the Sunset Scramble. Each dish brought its own flavor to the table—the Benedict was hearty, the pancake a sweet indulgence, and the scramble a savory treat, with the chicken sausage standing out. Even with the slower service and lack of drink refills, it never overshadowed the quality of the meal. Whether you crave sweet or savory for breakfast, The Griddle Cafe has you covered with an extensive selection including pancakes, French toast, waffles, and egg dishes. Not to mention, the Greek breakfast cocktails add a cheeky spin to the meal. Now, if you're coming for the pancakes, prepare to be dazzled. The size of vinyl records, they're an impressive sight. We ordered the Mounds of Plenty and the Snow Your Oats – each unique in its own way. The Mounds, though not an exact replica of a candy bar, presented a delicious chocolate and coconut combo. The Snow Your Oats was simpler with oatmeal, honey, and cinnamon, offering unexpected bursts of sweetness. One piece of advice: be sure to come thirsty as these pancakes can be a bit on the dry side. And perhaps skip the French toast; it's good but pales in comparison to the indulgence of their pancake offerings. All in all, The Griddle Cafe is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable brunch in Los Angeles. The service may take a beat, and the wait can be long, but it’s a breakfast experience that's absolutely worth the wait.

Honey Hi

When searching for a spot to enjoy a delicious, healthy brunch in Los Angeles, Honey Hi definitely stands out. The high-quality, fresh food immediately grabs your attention. The flavor and caliber of the ingredients are remarkable, especially in their community bowl. Their egg toast is another hit, pairing wonderfully with their decent drink selection which ranges from smoothies to coffee. I opted for the merman smoothie, which offered a refreshing contrast to my meal. The presentation is on point; the colorful dishes are pleasing to the eye and the open, inviting space makes for a comfortable dining experience, even though it's on the smaller side. What adds to the charm is the super friendly and fun staff who make you feel at home. For those with gluten sensitivities, this place is a haven. The gluten-free breakfast sandwich is outstanding, and the chefs clearly have a talent for flavor. The smoky hot sauce that accompanies the sandwich is a flavor explosion, and it's hard to believe the bread is gluten-free because it tastes so good. Moreover, the breakfast bowl strikes the perfect balance of ingredients, topped with a perfectly poached egg, and the Pondicherry Lassi smoothie offers a lighter drink option that doesn't disappoint. Despite the size, there's usually plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available, and the line tends to move quickly. Service is consistently great. Although prices are on the higher side, it's what you would expect for such high-quality, health-conscious ingredients in LA. It's clear that the menu is kept fresh with regular rotations, so it's worth checking their website to see the latest offerings. All in all, this is a satisfying spot for a hearty and flavorful brunch or lunch – a place you'll want to revisit.

Stopped by The Sycamore Kitchen for brunch and absolutely adored it! The team there is incredible, so warm and accommodating. An iced coffee with free refills was a real treat to kickstart the day. Had a chance to try their breakfast bowls - the Jerusalem and Yucatán bowls were outstanding, a solid 5/5 on flavor and freshness. Though there was a bit of a mix-up with service when I ordered food to go, the standout dishes made it worthwhile. The chorizo sandwich was substantial, though it lacked a bit in flavor, and honestly, it would feel like a better deal at a lower price point. The cornmeal ricotta pancakes were a real highlight, absolutely yummy, but the size and price didn't quite match up – you could get much larger pancakes for the same price elsewhere. Their spice of sweet corn polenta bread was another delightful treat, though it didn't particularly stand out among other bakery items. Lunch was another swift experience. Sharing a salad there is a breeze, and I appreciate the speed of their service. The ambiance at The Sycamore Kitchen is cozy, evoking a warm market vibe that's just inviting. Definitely making a note to return here. Between the great service, welcoming atmosphere, tasty food, and decent portion sizes, it's a fantastically safe bet for anyone in search of a healthy salad spot or just a satisfying meal!

Walking into Zinc Cafe & Market and Bar for brunch in Los Angeles was a delightful experience. The ambiance is top-notch, complete with an open-air patio featuring serene water elements that really set the tone for a relaxing meal. The selection of original dishes and delicious favorites ensures there's something for everyone. Returning for a second visit, I was just as impressed as the first time. The pizza stood out with its great flavor, rich oil, and savory cheese, hitting all the right notes. Clean restrooms and a fantastic atmosphere add to the quality experience. It’s also an ideal spot for a date night. The breakfast menu caught my eye, and the breakfast burrito didn't disappoint. It was well-proportioned, packed with flavor, and the accompanying chips were crispy, perfectly complemented by the homemade salsa. Checking out the bar area, I found it visually appealing with the potential for a great evening hangout. Zinc Cafe seems like a place I’d come back to, even just to enjoy the bar scene. It's also quite suitable for work meetings, offering plenty of seating options. Vegetarians would appreciate the healthy selection of dishes available. The veggie burger, a house-made special, always seems to be a crowd-pleaser among my friends. While the mac and cheese were a bit on the dry side for my preference, the angel hair pasta was just right, light and accompanied by good bread. However, my experience with the Thai salad was less than stellar. It lacked depth in flavor and texture, feeling more like a slaw than a salad. Even the rice at the bottom couldn't redeem it, being hard and dry. Unfortunately, that dish was a letdown. Furthermore, a friend's side order of potatoes required an unexpectedly long 30-minute wait, which was a bit of a surprise. Another friend's breakfast burrito also took about the same time to arrive. Here's to hoping others have a quicker service experience. Overall, despite the hiccup with the salad and wait times for certain dishes, Zinc Cafe & Market and Bar remains an aesthetic place for brunch or lunch, with a lot to offer in terms of atmosphere and a diverse menu.

It's ideal for some leisurely catching up with friends, offering a cozy yet sophisticated dining experience. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the quick service. The staff were attentive and had our food out in no time. It's always a plus when you're not waiting ages for your meal, especially during a busy brunch service. The menu? Diverse and tempting. From sumptuous skillets and fluffy omelettes to the classic chicken and waffles and delicate crepes, there's a wide selection available. And for later in the day, the grilled salmon, burgers, and salads sound like they'd hit the spot too. During my visit, I opted for the eggs benedict, and they exceeded expectations—poached to perfection, served with a golden brioche toast and thick, savory bacon. It's clear that they understand the importance of good presentation and tasty food. The setting adds to the dining experience—it's got a garden vibe, which makes you feel like you're dining in an oasis of calm and greenery. Even the decor inside adds a touch of elegance without going over the top. One thing that stood out was how well-managed the seating process was. You order inside, and then find a spot to sit. The bussers are super helpful, ensuring you have everything you need and keeping the space clear and comfortable. Overall, between the scrumptious food, the pleasant atmosphere, and the top-notch service, Larchmont Bungalow Cafe is definitely a brunch spot I'd recommend and one I'm eager to return to. Plus, enjoying a delicious meal in beautiful weather? Can't beat that.

Fratelli Cafe

I stumbled upon Fratelli Cafe on Yelp and decided to swing by for brunch with my boyfriend and sister. We arrived at 11am and got seated immediately, which was a pleasant start. Our orders included the Shakshuka, Bacon Hash, and the Chicken Croissant. The Shakshuka caught my attention; I've had a memorable experience with this dish before. The flavor of the tomato sauce was distinct, and I enjoyed dipping the bread into it, reminiscent of tomato soup. The runny eggs and cheese added a nice creamy touch, though I found the dish a tad under-seasoned for my taste. I'd rate it a 6.5/10. Next up was the Bacon Hash, which really hit the spot. The eggs were sunny side up just as I like them, and the bacon provided that perfect crispiness. The dish came together well and earned itself a 7/10 from me. The Chicken Croissant was nicely stuffed with avocado. We opted to switch the usual potato hash side with fruits for an extra $3. The croissant itself was quite good, offering a healthier impression compared to others I’ve tasted. Still, it could have used a pinch more seasoning, so it gets a 6/10 from me. The service at Fratelli Cafe was on point, very attentive throughout our meal. The food was good overall but might benefit from a slight increase in seasoning. The ambiance is ideal for a breakfast or brunch setting. It's worth noting that upon arrival, you'll scan a code for the menu before finding a table. The ordering process is done at the counter, and they'll serve your meal at your table. For those interested in other menu items, they also serve amazing biscuits and gravy, the Jackson omelet, and pancakes paired with fresh fruit, fresh coffee, and squeezed orange juice. The pricing is reasonable, with the overall expenditure around $80. Fratelli Cafe also offers great outdoor and indoor seating options. We found parking easily in the neighborhood, just a short walk away. For our meal choices, the Chilaquiles with green sauce were particularly tasty, while the Big Ben Eggs Benedict with filet mignon and sautéed spinach was delightful, although the muffin could have been fluffier. With perfectly prepared lattes and fresh orange juice, it's clear they excel in their beverages as well. So, for anyone on the hunt for a solid breakfast spot, Fratelli Cafe deserves a visit. The food is satisfying, the service swift, and finding parking is less of a hassle than expected.

Every time I'm in LA, Sqirl is a must for brunch - it's practically tradition at this point. The place prides itself on fresh ingredients and trust me, the bakery is top-notch. I've sampled a variety of their menu items and I've never been let down. On my latest visit, the salmon rice bowl and the morning breakfast sammie were spot on. Choosing from their extensive menu can be tough because everything sounds so tempting and is described in charmingly unique detail. Just a heads-up, you order at the counter and seating is limited, so this spot is best for smaller groups. There's also a shop next door that's worth a browse. Now, let's talk about the essentials – the coffee is fantastic and the food is truly satisfying. There's just this great vibe at Sqirl, and it totally vibes with me. The Veg Stock Sandwich? Absolutely one of the best things on their menu. The bread is perfectly toasted, and it's loaded with tahini and dressed shredded veggies - simply delicious! And then, the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Oh, it's not your run-of-the-mill PSL; it's unique and completely heavenly. Going with oat milk and coconut whip was a stellar choice. I'm planning to check out more from their market next time I'm there. Whether you grab a seat or order takeout, you can't go wrong, and there are often a few specials to consider. I have a go-to favorite, though – the Salmon Sorrel Rice. I practically dream about it. They’ve got this new coffee drink with homemade vanilla syrup that's a serious game-changer, even for someone who usually takes their coffee black. The staff? Some are friendly, some seem a bit detached, but it seems like part of the cool vibe they've got going on. Just don't take it to heart. Overall, Sqirl is just a great experience every time. Can't wait for my next visit!

The coffee is just the way you need it to be to start your day, and everything we ordered was simply awesome. The initial struggle to order and pay without downloading the app was a bit of a hiccup. It would be incredible to have a person-to-person ordering option for those times when you're just not app-inclined. But that's just a small note in an otherwise wonderful experience. Walking in right from a Florida flight, strolling down the streets of LA, I couldn't have asked for a better discovery. Stumbling upon this gem was the highlight of the morning. The manager Madison was a delight, eager to help us dive into our first LA brunch experience. The Crispy French Toast, a signature dish, did not disappoint, and the California Omelette with fresh fruit was a hit. Plus, my daughter was over the moon with her French Toast Churros – a definite must-try! Situated on Melrose, Blu Jam Cafe indeed has the vibe you're looking for when it comes to a chill brunch spot. For anyone visiting LA, this place is a must. The welcome is warm, and the service is unmatched. Honestly, I haven't had food this good in a long time. For those who might lean towards Eastern European flavors, the 'Morning Hash' will not let you down and yes, they make sure you leave full and satisfied with their generous portions. My brunch experience at Salt's Cure was exceptional, from the moment we walked in until the last bite. Our server, Olivia, was attentive and made sure we had a great experience. I chose the breakfast sandwich with an avocado substitute for the meat, and the hash browns were the perfect side – definitely a pro move. My husband enjoyed his eggs, bacon, and toast, and we both couldn't get enough of the shared pancakes. Salt's Cure has a unique atmosphere that combines modernity with rustic charm, thanks to its blend of clean lines, exposed metal, and wood accents. The food is phenomenal; the pork chop and duck leg are cooked to perfection, with the berry compote adding a lovely flavor twist. Those griddle cakes are simply addictive – small but incredibly satisfying. Even the grapefruit pie, which I was skeptical about at first, turned out to be a delightful mix of sweet and tart. It's great to find a place that does American cuisine justice when there's such an abundance of international options available, and Salt's Cure does exactly that. The Swedish oat pancakes with cinnamon maple butter are a must-try, and though they're on the smaller side, the taste more than makes up for it. Opting for the combo dish provides a hearty meal, with bacon, eggs, sausage, and two oatmeal cakes that are plenty for sharing. They offer fresh squeezed OJ, pet-friendly seating, and both outdoor and indoor dining options. There's also a bar for those who just want a quick drink. The ambiance is just as good as the food and service. Notably, the quality of the food stands out as I didn't feel weighed down afterwards or suffer any heartburn. Salt's Cure is certainly worth a visit for anyone looking for excellent food, top-notch service, and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Took a nice walk to track down the L.A. Cafe I'd been hearing about, and it was clear why it's got a loyal following when I saw how bustling it was. The setup's simple, with a walk-up counter, a variety of pastries on display, and an assortment of ready-to-go items, including some healthy options. Seating's a bit sparse, though, with just a few spots inside and a couple of tables outside. Despite a bit of a wait for our food (the place was hopping, after all), it was worth it in the end. My daughter's a fan, and since we were in the downtown area, I figured it was time to see what the fuss was about. Parking can be a challenge around here, and let's just say I got creative with where I left my car for a bit. I indulged in the steak and mushroom panini. The combination of pesto, arugula, roasted tomato, Swiss cheese, and the way the focaccia bread hugged all the ingredients together was a flavor explosion. You've got to try it fresh; delivery just wouldn't do it justice. My daughter went for her favorite chicken wrap, and judging by her satisfaction, it's a hit. The cafe doesn't skimp on offerings, with desserts and great customer service to boot. On a previous occasion, I had the tuna melt, and that was a treat. More recently, a colleague had sandwiches delivered, including a lobster and cheese panini for me. It was still warm and quite the sizable portion. We also snagged some kettle fried chips, which are my go-to. Located on the lively Spring St. in DTLA, L.A. Cafe is a small spot, but the staff make you feel at home. They'll deliver within three miles, which many from my office appreciate. The delivery guy was great, and while the service outshines the food slightly, it's still solid. Someone once suggested the fish and chips, and while they were decent, the pastries really stood out. Next time, maybe I'll try the recommended lobster grilled cheese. All in all, this cafe is a solid pick, especially for a late-night bite that steers clear of the usual 24-hour chain offerings.

Burrito on the server's recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed. The soyrizo and egg white concoction was incredibly flavorful and satisfying, especially with the side of potatoes and spicy ketchup. The iced mocha latte complemented the meal perfectly. It was so good that I even grabbed a second burrito to go. The cafe itself had a lovely vibe, with the option of both indoor and outdoor seating. The music added to the lively atmosphere, making it hard to resist the urge to dance. Can't wait to come back for the bottomless mimosas that everyone raves about. During my visit, the service was top-notch with attentive and welcoming waitstaff. The Grilled Truffle cheese and egg with bacon was another standout dish, and the bottomless mimosas kept flowing thanks to the diligent staff. While they didn't hand out entire bottles of champagne, the frequent refills made up for it. Even the spicy chicken sandwich with housemade chips was a hit, the seasoning complemented the sandwich perfectly. I ended up sitting outside—it wasn't my first choice, but it was pleasant enough. Although the outdoor dining wasn't a favorite spot for me, everything else about the cafe made up for it. Overall, this place has a cool, laid-back vibe with good food and service. It's worth a visit when in the area, and I definitely plan on returning.

Their chicken and waffle dish is a standout – even when ordered for pickup or delivery, the flavor and crispness of the chicken don’t disappoint, and the waffles are some of the best I've had. On my first visit, I stumbled upon this place while looking for new brunch spots in LA, and I was immediately impressed by the variety on their menu. Not only do they serve up some irresistible modern brunch fare, but they also offer a delightful mix of seafood options. The Shrimp and Grits were a hit for me, and my friend was thoroughly pleased with her Crab with Avocado Benedict, not to mention the potato salad side which was a winner in its own right. The decor of Poppy + Rose adds to the overall charm, being roomy with a welcoming vibe that’s just perfect for a leisurely brunch. My server's recommendations were spot-on and added to the great experience. With their extensive menu, I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try other tempting dishes. When it comes to waiting times, even on a busy Sunday morning, we were seated in just about 20 minutes without a reservation – pretty impressive for LA standards. It's a great brunch spot, particularly if you're staying near the Crypto Stadium and want to enjoy a fantastic meal without venturing too far. One heads-up for prospective visitors: parking in the area can be quite a challenge since it's mostly busy street parking or paid spots. So if you're planning to visit, make sure you allow extra time to snag a parking place. Despite this minor obstacle, I can't help but sing praises for Poppy + Rose. It's a stellar choice for brunch lovers, and I just know I’ll be back soon!

Yes, it's on the pricey side and there's often a wait, plus parking can be a challenge, but it's worth it once you're in. The atmosphere is lively and unpretentious, which I find refreshing. The breakfast sandwich was a standout – not too sweet or heavy, with perfectly fluffy eggs. And the veggie sandwich? Amazing. Even the jasmine green tea was delightful as it was loose leaf. The staff added to the positive experience; they were welcoming and attentive. Can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. I couldn't resist taking biscuits and a banana cream pie for the road. The biscuits are best with some jam and butter, while my girlfriend assured me the pie was tasty. Have to mention the linguica breakfast burrito and the drip black coffee too – indulgent and strong. Plus, the fresh squeezed orange juice was top-notch. Loved the vibe of the place, offering both outdoor and indoor seating and a cozy bar area. The biscuit sandwich really hit the spot, especially with both meats – it's a hearty option if you're super hungry. The strawberry jam added the right touch of sweetness without overdoing it. This spot definitely has a lot to offer, and I'd encourage anyone to try it out for a great brunch experience.

Had a great time at Openaire for brunch in Los Angeles. The service was good and the food was decent, a solid 3.5 out of 5. They've kept that consistency over the years, which is commendable. The cinnamon roll deserves a special shout-out; I'd come back just for that. There was no wait when I arrived for my 10:30 AM reservation on a Sunday. It didn't seem necessary as the place wasn't crowded and there was plenty of seating. It did start to fill up around noon though. Finding the restaurant is easy enough, just head through the hotel lobby, take the elevator on the right to the second floor, and it's right there. It's also wheelchair accessible. I found street parking without much trouble. The atmosphere is a highlight, it's stunning and really enhances the dining experience. I appreciate the quality of their ingredients, making the dishes like the eggs Benedict with crab stand out with fresh, juicy chunks of crab. Even though it's a bit on the pricey side, the portions justify it. Their cocktail, the Purple Rain, was particularly good. Overall, the ambience, the fresh ingredients, and the large portions made for an enjoyable brunch. On the downside though, when I went there for dinner, it was a letdown, with bland and dry dishes, and the service fee going straight to the owner was a bit off-putting. The dessert didn't impress either, and to top it off, noticing roaches was disturbing. Despite the drawbacks during dinner service, the brunch experience still holds up, especially if you're into capturing those perfect brunch photos. A last-minute decision led me here for Christmas morning breakfast, and it didn't disappoint. It set a wonderful tone for the day with great food and service, all in a lovely environment.
