I absolutely love going to the 19th Donut Hole for breakfast. The customer service is always great and friendly. Their food is made from scratch, and it really shows in the taste. The prices are very reasonable, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that they offer a veterans/military discount—it’s a thoughtful touch that shows they care about their community. Being a neighborhood small business, they remember you and make you feel welcome. I much prefer supporting them over the big chain establishments that often forget the personal touch. For years, I’ve been meeting friends here for Saturday morning coffee. The donuts and coffee are consistently great, and the friendly faces make the experience even better. If you’re looking for a local business to support, this place is highly recommended. They also do custom cakes that are decorated to perfection. Today, I stopped in for a coffee and was thrilled to see they had gluten-friendly donuts. Being gluten-free, I rarely get to enjoy donuts, so this was a treat. The gentleman mentioned that they make these upon request, and it was my lucky day as they had received a call for them. They were delicious! He was also super nice and chatted with me, making the visit even more enjoyable. On top of everything, they offer Thrifty ice cream, which is a nice nostalgic touch. Overall, 19th Donut Hole is a gem of a place, and I always look forward to my visits there.

I had a fantastic breakfast experience at T.C. Eggington's in Mesa. After landing in the hot and dry Phoenix and being let down by our hotel’s complimentary breakfast, we searched for the best breakfast spot in town and found this gem. The staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start, which set a great tone for our meal. I was thrilled to see gluten-free bread on the menu, and the portions and prices were just right. We ordered French toast, biscuits and gravy, and a delicious carafe of house coffee. Although tempted by the mimosas and Bloody Marys, we decided to pass since a long drive awaited us. Each dish was hearty and beautifully presented, and everything we tried was delicious. Our waiter was polite and efficient, and the food arrived quickly, which we appreciated. On another visit, my friends and I were quickly seated, and they assured us that everything on the menu was worth trying. We went for the Eggington with hollandaise sauce, Roasted Tuscan omelet, and Tuna Apple Walnut salad. Each dish looked amazing and tasted even better. My omelet was a standout—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. I appreciated that the food wasn’t overly salty, which meant we could enjoy every bite without feeling thirsty afterward. The leftovers even tasted great later on. The restaurant’s location in a strip mall was convenient, with plenty of parking available. Overall, T.C. Eggington's is now one of my favorite breakfast spots. It offered exactly the memorable meal I was hoping for during our visit to Arizona. Highly recommended!

The prices are affordable, which is a bonus considering the creative and delicious dishes. The ambience was charming and classy, and the staff made us feel right at home. Our server, Alicia, was outstanding and made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was top-notch. The Lemon Blueberry pancakes were a highlight, along with other delightful options like the Mushroom & Spinach omelette, the Strawberry waffle special, and the Pork carnitas skillet. Every dish we tried was excellent, particularly the Classic Benedict. The service and food were consistently on point, making this a spot I’ll definitely be visiting regularly. Thanks to Cindy and the rest of the staff for an awesome experience! I'll be back for sure next time I'm in the valley.

I found this quaint breakfast and lunch restaurant just by searching Google Maps and looking for good reviews. It's not that close to us, but we gave it a shot on a breakfast outing with a friend. This is probably the friendliest place I've ever been. As we walked in, the workers were hugging their regular customers, and the friendly banter was charming. Everyone, both employees and customers, was really nice and chatty but not in a way that would bug you, just pleasant. The food was good and fresh. I had the pork chops and eggs breakfast, and my pork chops were tasty. My wife tried their chicken fried steak, and it was also quite good. Our friend got a custom order, and they were very accommodating. My only complaint was the coffee was a bit weak for me. I’ll try it again; maybe it was a bad batch. Not bad coffee, just weak for my taste. I wish this place was closer to us. I would come here every week if it were. As is, we'll get back up there soon. It will be a good place for a breakfast ride once the weather cools down a bit. I even had an order delivered from Uber Eats, though I live about 8 miles away, it came hot, packed with care, and just as we ordered. This place has been a family favorite for years. Best hollandaise sauce around. If you're looking for a cozy place to eat, the Corner Cafe is warm, fun, and friendly. Cindy, my server, was exceptional with great customer service. I loved the avocado, cheese, and tomato omelet, which was delicious with a side of sourdough bread. The menu has something for everyone. We went in for brunch on a Thursday morning. Our party got the biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns, a waffle, the chicken fried steak breakfast with a pancake, and an omelet. We ordered bacon on the side and a side of corned beef hash, as the menu stated it was made in-house or a house specialty. It wasn't, which was a bit of a disappointment, as was the gravy, which seemed reminiscent of canned gravy with additional sausage added. The eggs were cooked to our specifications, and overall, it was a satisfying breakfast. We were incredibly surprised by the lightning-fast speed of service! We were seated immediately and offered drinks. Our server was attentive and prompt throughout our meal. We enjoyed eating here and watched other diners' meal selections arrive. We'll definitely be back to try their sandwiches and burgers.

While I wish they offered alcohol, the experience remains top-notch. I'd rate it 4.5 stars if that were possible; a 5-star experience would need a bit more flavor depth, as everything is really good but not extraordinary. There are so many options on the menu, and the service is amazing. You can even sit outside with your dog, and they'll take care of you with a special menu. The staff makes you feel special—Lorrie provided great service, and Sandy was our server during one visit. She was super friendly and efficient, managing multiple tables with ease, and ensured our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. For our breakfast, we tried bacon, eggs, house potatoes, toast, coffee, a hamburger steak, eggs, and iced tea. The cook nailed my hamburger steak just the way I like it, rare/medium rare. The noise level was average, with families around, but conversation was still easy. Our bill was just over $30, including tip, and we even had leftovers for another meal. So four meals for $30—can't beat that! We definitely plan on returning to try their lunch offerings soon.

My friend loves their huevos rancheros, and I can see why with the excellent service and flavorful meals. Our server, Maya, was outstanding. Two Seasons Cafe is one of the last true mom-and-pop diners around, and it's a gem worth visiting for breakfast in Mesa. The prices are great, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. During our visit to Arizona, we stopped by on our way out of Phoenix to the Petrified Forest, and it was the perfect start to our adventure. The food is consistently good; I've loved everything I've tried. The "everything gambler" is a favorite of mine, while my husband can't resist the pancake special. Breakfast here is always a treat, but we're also excited to try their lunch options and the Friday fish fry next time. Overall, the food and service were excellent, and we left with happy, full stomachs. We'll definitely be back for more.

My wife has always said First Watch is one of her favorite places, and now I understand why. We’ve been married since May, and this was my first visit. What a wonderful place! I tried the Mushroom Omelette, and it was fantastic. My wife ordered the AM Superfood Bowl and a pancake, which, as our waiter mentioned, is a unique combo, but it was delicious! I’m completely smitten with this place and plan to dine on the patio next time. The restaurant is more spacious than it seems from the outside, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice mimosa is a must-try. Our server, Sarah, was lovely, and on a second visit, Amber was equally impressive. The avocado toast with cage-free basted eggs was great, and their coffee is smooth and delicious. Breakfast arrived quickly, within five minutes, and everything was hot and fresh. I had bacon, sausage patties, eggs over medium, potatoes, toast, and a biscuit with coffee. The portion size was excellent, and while the sausage patties were a bit salty, it didn't take away from the overall delicious meal. My partner tried the wild berry pancakes with eggs and bacon, and I have to say, those pancakes were a standout! The Christina's Skillet was also fantastic. What really made our visit exceptional was the service. Christina was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The prices were reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food. The diner has flexible hours during the week, and despite any minor hiccups, the service and atmosphere make it worth visiting. We'll definitely be coming back and would recommend Wild Berry Diner to anyone looking for a cozy spot with great food and welcoming staff.

When the food arrived about 20 minutes later, I was eager to dive in. While the pancakes weren't my favorite—they were too thick and had a raw Bisquick taste—the other breakfast items made up for it. The waffles were a highlight, perfectly fluffy and coated with delightful sugar crystals, paired with a syrup that was sweet and rich. The sides, including bacon and hashbrowns, were on point with great texture and flavor. Our server, Caden, truly stood out. She was magnificent, making sure our experience was top-notch, and her service undoubtedly elevated our morning. We also indulged in a bloody mary with jalapeño-infused vodka, probably the best I've ever had, and the Hatch Green Chili sauce added a wonderful smoky heat to the meal. There's also outside seating available, though it can get a little loud at times. I’m completely obsessed and can confidently say it's a 10/10 experience that I will repeat! We ordered the Sunnyside smoothie, chorizo bennie with sliced tomato and medium poached egg, All American with tater tots, scrambled eggs, and white toast, and the berry crepes from Sugar Rush. Every dish was mouthwatering. The crepes had just the right blend of summer’s light fruitiness and the softer spices of fall. The chorizo bennie had a perfect hint of spice complemented by the creamy hollandaise sauce, and the All American was a hearty classic option with delicious sausage gravy. The Sunnyside smoothie was a refreshing summer treat without being overly sweet. The atmosphere is fun, and the place is a must-see. Tad, our server, was delightful—friendly, courteous, and great at recommending delicious breakfast options. He suggested the Applewood Bennie with hollandaise sauce and avocado, and it was absolutely delicious. We were thrilled with every aspect of our breakfast, and the omelets were fantastic! The portions at Henhouse Cafe are unbelievable! You won't leave hungry, that's for sure. They have plenty of tables for families and even a private dining area for larger groups. My kids ordered the kids pancake platter, and it was massive—at least 12 inches in diameter—and came with eggs and sausage or bacon. The blueberry lemon mascarpone pancakes are thick and delicious! My only suggestion? A pizza cutter might make it easier to tackle those giant pancakes. Skyler was our waitress, and she was very attentive. The manager even stopped by to ensure we were well taken care of. The prices are great, the portions are huge, freshly made, and delicious. This place knows breakfast, and it shows. All the breakfast items we tried had great flavor and generous portions, including the pancake stack. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they're hustling. We sat at the counter right across from the kitchen and got to see all the behind-the-scenes action. Izzy was working the window, and she did an amazing job keeping the food coming out quickly, hot, and perfectly done. Took my daughter here for her first time, and we were both very pleased! The atmosphere is charmingly country chic, and the food is excellent. I got the Chicken Fried Chicken, and my daughter had the Irish Benedict—both were so good. I definitely recommend this place!

If you know what to expect from Waffle House, you'll never be disappointed. This place is a weekend staple for my family. The tables are always clean, and the waitresses get straight to the point. Honestly, we've tried everything on the menu, but my favorite is the breakfast sandwich (extra pickle!) and the peanut butter waffle, with hash browns extra crispy! Trust me, you'll thank me later. I had stopped going in the past due to a bad experience, but this visit changed my perspective. The staff was great and offered wonderful customer service. The food tasted even better than I remembered. I'll definitely be returning. The employees at this location work really well together. They manage to cook and plate a lot of food in a small space, and they handle it impressively. It's a good team. The food was good, although I was a bit sad they didn't have strawberry waffles. Despite that, it's totally worth it. The food is the highlight here. If you're looking for fast, decent, affordable food, this Waffle House delivers.

Easter morning at IHOP in Mesa was a delightful experience. We went early, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The food was delicious and perfectly made. The highlight was definitely the Blueberry Pancakes—absolutely yum! And if you’re a local, you already know how great the breakfast is here. Mr. Chuck is our favorite; he’s been at this location for a long time, and he’s fast, efficient, and super friendly. The menu keeps things interesting with regular updates, and the new additions are always fun and tasty. I tried the new chicken tacos, and my son had the scary face pancake—both were fantastic. This location is clean and has been recently updated. Even though the place was busy, the food was warm and good! The only issue was getting the waitress to refill my coffee, but I still tipped well, knowing they often don’t get tipped enough. Other than the overly runny and bitter hollandaise sauce on my eggs benedict, everything was great. The Sunday waffle was delicious. I will definitely be back!
