I stopped by Montague Brothers Coffee for breakfast in Murrieta, and it was a fantastic experience. The place has a cozy atmosphere, and their coffee selection is impressive. I tried the Surfing USA and loved the coconut flavor. There's plenty of seating inside and outside, which is a plus. We found Montague Brothers on our way to Temecula, and it felt like walking into a place filled with light and positive energy. The natural lighting is lovely, and there’s live music and charming decor. The woman at the counter, Nicole, who turns out to be the owner, was welcoming and kind. The coffee was excellent, with locally sourced milk—a treat in both the cappuccino and the iced latte. The pumpkin muffin perfectly captured the fall vibe. I tried an iced mocha and the Wesley sandwich, and they were both delicious. I’d definitely order them again. Montague Brothers Coffee offers great food and coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. I highly recommend checking it out! 😊👍🏼

Benny's Subs is a hidden gem in Murrieta, especially if you're looking for a satisfying breakfast. The bread they use is amazing, and I've really enjoyed the Benny's Special (Italian) on the French roll and the egg salad on squaw sliced bread. I’m excited to try more of their offerings! My daughter absolutely loved the ice cream cookie sandwich—it was a big hit for her. The restaurant itself is tucked away in a corner, and it's a clean and nicely maintained place. The staff might not give a warm greeting, but they are straightforward and efficient, which I appreciate. Plus, it's great to see that they support local businesses by allowing business cards and materials to be displayed. While the atmosphere isn't the most inviting, the quality of the ingredients and the bread really makes Benny's Subs worth a visit. If you're a fan of hearty, well-made sandwiches, you'll find this place to be quite a treat. Don't miss the ice cream sandwiches next time you’re there—they look incredible!

In-N-Out Burger

I visited the In-N-Out Burger in Murrieta for breakfast and had a pretty interesting experience. I ordered two 4x4 protein-style burgers, and both people taking orders read it back to me as protein-style, so I was confident everything was set. However, when I got home, I realized the order was wrong and the receipt didn’t even mention protein-style. This was frustrating because I've generally appreciated this location despite its quirks. On a positive note, this In-N-Out is quite busy, but they managed to get my order out quickly. I tried an animal-style cheeseburger during my visit, and it was surprisingly flavorful! The pickles added a nice touch, and I left feeling satisfied with that choice. However, the 3x2 tomato burger didn’t hit the mark for me, and I think I’ll return to my usual 2x2 tomato wrap next time for better portion control. Even though I've faced some issues at this location in the past, when they get it right, their burgers can be really tasty. For a good experience, I recommend asking for your burgers animal-style with whole grilled and raw onions. Despite the mistakes, there’s potential here for a delicious meal.

My experience at The Mill Restaurant for breakfast in Murrieta was fantastic! I visited for dinner and decided to try their Cobb salad, swapping the ham for turkey, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was generous, so I even had some leftovers to enjoy for lunch. The location of the restaurant is lovely, with a nice view when dining outside, and the interior is inviting as well. While our waitress could have been more patient when taking our order, the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. I was impressed by their bruschetta appetizer plate and the pizza, which was ample enough for sharing, though I would have liked more toppings. The outdoor seating was particularly nice, complete with a table featuring a cozy fire pit. I can only imagine how charming it must be during dinner. We were cutting it close to closing time, but Brian went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. I sampled the gluten-free crust on the Mill Pizza and tried the pastrami melt without the bread—it was some of the best pastrami I’ve tasted. The restaurant has been a staple in the area for over 30 years, and it's easy to see why. The food was excellent, and there’s so much more on the menu I’m eager to try. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of what they have to offer. Thank you, Brian, and the team for a great dining experience!

Outstanding! From the food to the customer service, everything at Annie's Cafe in Temecula was absolutely excellent. I drove 1.5 hours from Downey, and it was worth every mile. As a big breakfast person with high expectations, I was thrilled with the experience. The British-themed decor creates such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered "The Winston Churchill" breakfast, and it was massive—so much food and absolutely delicious! The portions were huge, and the prices were great. The servers were incredibly nice and attentive, keeping our drinks refilled and making sure we had everything we needed. Emily, our server, made my birthday celebration truly special by putting a birthday hat on me and singing "Happy Birthday," which was such a delightful touch. If you get there before 9 am, they offer a $12 steak and egg special that's a fantastic deal. They also provide a 5% discount for veterans, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend trying the mai tai and mango mimosas; they're sweet and tropical, just perfect. We did have a minor hiccup with my steak coming out more well-done than medium-well, but it was still good, especially with the eggs. The iced mocha latte was yummy, too. Overall, Annie's Cafe is my favorite breakfast spot, and I can't wait to try their lunch menu next time. If you're ever in the area, don't miss out on this gem. You won't be disappointed!

Penfold's Cafe & Bakery is an amazing breakfast spot. I've been there a handful of times with my family who live in the area, and we love the food and atmosphere. My little one especially enjoys the gum ball machine at the front. The quality of food is consistently very good, and the service is excellent. During our last visit, our server, whose name I didn't catch, was outstanding. We were a party of eight, and she was incredibly attentive and efficient. Just today, I went for breakfast with my girlfriend. The place was packed, which is always a good sign. I tried their signature eggs benedict, while my girlfriend ordered the waffle combo. Both meals were decent, although we've had better elsewhere. What really stands out at Penfold’s is the variety on the menu and the great service. Its location near Old Town was a bonus for us, as it made it a convenient stop. After knowing about this place for years, we finally decided to give it a try, and I'm thrilled that we did. The food was incredible, honestly the best I've had in a while. Our server Leah was a gem—informative, helpful, and friendly. She recommended the Giant Cinnamon Roll French Toast, which was so good that it made me do a happy dance in my seat. After a tough morning, our experience here was a breath of fresh air. Huge thanks to everyone at Penfold's for making it such an enjoyable experience.

Press Espresso in Murrieta is my go-to spot for a satisfying breakfast experience. This location has a unique vibe, making it my favorite among their shops. It's quite busy, which speaks volumes about its popularity. I'm absolutely hooked on their espresso; the rich, earthy flavors with nutty undertones are perfect, especially when paired with almond milk. Whether hot or iced, it's a treat every time. I've started exploring their baked goods, and the vegan gluten-free vanilla and chocolate donut was a delightful surprise. The texture was light and almost fluffy, quite a change from the usual dense gluten-free options. The vanilla icing was sweet but exceptional, melting in my mouth with each bite. My sister can't get enough of their tiramisu latte, though now she's torn between that and the brown sugar caramel latte. The shop itself is a vibe—clean, inviting, and staffed by friendly people who clearly enjoy what they do. I appreciate their use of high-quality ingredients, which really shows in every sip and bite. Tried matcha tea for the first time here, and the staff made it a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for enjoying a snack or getting some work done quietly. I also enjoyed their turkey panini and iced coffee on another visit. The pumpkin pie iced latte paired nicely with the fall weather, while my mom loved the hot chocolate. Overall, Press Espresso in Murrieta is a hidden gem that I'm thrilled to have found. Highly recommended!

Lola's Birria is a delightful spot that truly impressed me with its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. We went on June 4th, and I'm still thinking about how amazing the meal was. The quesabirria tacos were packed with flavorful meat and the perfect amount of cheese, complemented by a delicious consommé. The rice and pinto beans tasted just like homemade—simply wonderful. We also tried the French fries with birria and an appetizer of potato taquitos, and they did not disappoint. The complimentary chips and salsa with our entrees were a nice touch and quite tasty. Although there was a minor hiccup with the missing side for the tacos, the overall experience was positive. The staff at Lola's were kind and attentive, providing just the right amount of service without hovering. While the service was a bit slow at times, especially since we were seated near the bathroom, the staff remained polite and considerate throughout our visit. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was nice to chat with the woman who served us, whom I assume is Lola herself. The restaurant was clean, and the patio area was beautiful with its potted bougainvilleas. Despite a slight smell near the bathroom, we enjoyed our time there. I'm eager to return, maybe on a weekday to take advantage of their lunch deals. With great food and a warm environment, Lola's Birria is a place I'd recommend to anyone in the area.

My family had a Sunday lunch at Toast Temecula in Murrieta, and it was really great. We made sure to join the online wait list, which helped us get in quicker. Even though the place was packed, the service was fast, and the portion sizes were large. The menu is huge with lots of options to try, so we'll definitely come back when we're in the area. I initially thought it was a small mom-and-pop coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a small restaurant. I ordered the avocado toast with an over-easy egg; I wasn't totally happy with my toast because it wasn't crunchy, and that's important for me with avocado toast. However, I liked their coffee, and it came with a small biscuit on the side. If you get Cameron as your server, you're in good hands—she is friendly, helpful, and funny, everything you want in a server. The food was fantastic. I had to try the French toast since it's the restaurant's namesake. Though the crème brûlée French toast was a bit much for me, I'd probably go for the plain French next time. I noticed other tables around me receiving delicious-looking dishes. They make their own corned beef, so if you're a corned beef hash person, I'd recommend ordering it. I want to try their eggs Benedict next; many people were ordering them. Make a reservation in advance because this place is popular. I joined their waitlist online, and it was a 70-minute wait. You can order drinks from the bar and enjoy them while you wait. There is indoor and outdoor seating; I prefer outdoor if the weather permits, as it feels less crowded. Check out this spot if you're in the area and looking for a great breakfast spot. The pancakes were great. Drinks were so-so, but at least they weren't too sweet for my liking. The eggs Benedict were okay, but the egg yolk was perfectly runny.

Cruz Tacos in Murrieta is a fantastic spot for breakfast, especially if you're a fan of breakfast burritos. They truly have the best in the area. Their salsas are pretty tasty, adding just the right kick. I really appreciate that it's a family-run place because supporting local small businesses feels good. You can definitely taste the love in their food. The rolled tacos are a favorite of mine—they're consistently great without being dry or overcooked. Their breakfast burrito is excellent too. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I tried the Arias fajitas plate, Cruz sweet potato fries, and a pineapple tamal for $40 with tip, and I was more than satisfied with the quantity and quality. It's always nice to find a place where you feel you can feast without breaking the bank. Overall, Cruz Tacos offers solid, tasty meals that make it worth a visit.

My wife and I stopped by The Brunch House, a cozy spot right off Temecula Parkway, and it was a fantastic experience from the get-go. As soon as we walked in, we felt the welcoming vibe, thanks in no small part to Anthony, who got us seated and settled in no time with his friendly demeanor. I decided on the chilaquiles with red sauce, over-easy eggs, and brisket. The portion was generous, and everything on the plate was just right—the crispiness, the flavors, all spot-on. My wife chose the Big CFS with scrambled eggs and home potatoes. She couldn't stop raving about the potatoes, and I could see why. The 7 AM opening time is a big plus for us early birds, and it's pretty uncommon in this area. We appreciated being able to start our day with such a tasty breakfast. Although the food menu isn't extensive, the quality of the ingredients truly stands out. The brisket was decent, the grilled chicken moist, and the flapjacks were on point. The sweet potato waffle was outstanding, and the kids' meals were really cute. We're planning to return, eager to try more. The drinks are well-priced too. I opted for a sangria flight for $15, which packed a punch and tasted fantastic, while my wife's watermelon mimosa was $8. The flights offer a fun twist instead of the usual bottomless mimosas. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for brunch. Despite being busy, our food came out quickly, even though my mom's eggs were lukewarm. The server was fantastic, making our visit even more enjoyable with their humor. We did wait a little over an hour for a table and 20 minutes for our food, but it was worth it. We mentioned a birthday special but it was forgotten; however, we understand it was a busy time. We definitely found a gem in The Brunch House and will keep it in our brunch rotation. The coffee was strong, so I'm buzzing with energy, and I wholeheartedly recommend trying this spot for a fun and delicious meal!

I ordered the tilapia tacos at Breakfast House Los Tejabanes in Murrieta, and they were excellent! Full of flavor, and the rice and beans were prepared just the way I like them—with the rice moist and delicious. While I wish the portions were a bit larger, I'll definitely go back for those tacos. It's a very nice place for the family, and the staff is great, always courteous and welcoming. The menu offers a wide variety of options, not just Mexican food, making it a great spot for breakfast or brunch. It's conveniently located right off the 215 freeway on Scott Rd., near Haun Rd., in a small shopping center in the corner suite. The atmosphere inside is nice, relaxing, and quiet, perfect for enjoying a meal. We noticed there's a separate cantina/bar area, though we haven't explored that side yet. We've been to Los Tejabanes a few times and have never been disappointed. They serve tortilla chips and salsa while you wait, and the salsa is fantastic. One of my favorites on the menu is the Banana Foster's French toast—an amazing dish that feels like one of their signature offerings. Plus, their orange juice tastes freshly squeezed and everything tastes fresh. There are plenty of delicious options on the menu, and I'm looking forward to trying more of them. The prices are reasonable, and the place is wheelchair friendly with clean bathrooms. While there's room for improvement in consistency, like with the birria tacos that varied in size, the food comes out quickly and is overall really good. We're definitely planning on coming back!

First time at Mega Tom's Burgers in Murrieta, and it was a solid experience. I had the BBQ Charbroiled Chicken combo, and it did not disappoint. My wife tried the Double Cheeseburger and thought it was okay. It's your typical hamburger joint, and while I'm not sure what their specialty is, what we ordered was good. The service was quick, and they got our order right, which is always a plus. The dining room was clean, and the customer service was great. Ordering was straightforward, and they even brought the food to our table, which was nice. Prices were reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised when our server brought us a small cup of pastrami to try—definitely tasty and something we'll order next time. I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast offerings as well. I also like the club sandwiches with chili cheese fries, and my wife enjoys the spaghetti and meatballs. While it's not the cheapest place and they don't offer senior or veteran discounts, it's a great spot to visit every so often. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be back!

What stood out most was the friendly and efficient staff who made sure my food was prepared quickly. The restaurant was bustling, but the team handled everything smoothly. Corner Bakery Cafe in Murrieta is a great spot for breakfast with some really healthy options. It can get a bit noisy, but it's a cute little place overall. From my experience, the food is made with quality ingredients and is reasonably priced, which makes it a family-friendly and vegetarian-friendly spot. The Protein breakfast egg bowl, Anaheim Panini with chicken sausage, and the overnight oats with green apple and banana were all delicious and packaged well to keep them warm. I typically don’t comment on restaurants, but I absolutely loved this Starbucks location in Murrieta! After school, I was on the hunt for the limited edition “Wicked” gift card, and I managed to find the last one. It was actually stuck to the display, but the employees went out of their way to get it for me with a smile. The atmosphere is super friendly, and my gingerbread chai was amazing. Would definitely recommend coming here! I've been visiting this Starbucks for a while now, and despite a few minor issues, like the nitro cold brew not being filled properly and occasional problems with the cup lids, the people and atmosphere always keep me coming back. The staff are consistently polite and helpful, which makes a big difference. One minor frustration is when certain drinks have more ice than expected or when the latte machine calibration seems off. However, the positive experience with the staff and the friendly environment makes up for these hiccups. Overall, I love starting my day at this Starbucks and appreciate the team's efforts to offer great service.

Broken Yolk Cafe in Murrieta has quickly become one of my favorite breakfast spots. The variety of breakfast items they offer is impressive, and the cocktail samplers are a fun addition. I tried the Bloody Mary sampler, and the different versions were fantastic. The food was exquisite; I had the eggs Benedict, and my husband enjoyed the huevos rancheros. Both dishes were seasoned perfectly. The service was a standout, with servers who were attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was perfect for us. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes pride in its food and service. The chilaquiles with carne asada were tasty, although next time, I'll order the sauce on the side to keep the chips crispy. While the place is on the pricier side, the portion sizes justify it. The cozy and friendly atmosphere, along with the huge, delicious meals, makes it worth every penny. I even got some fun stickers from the staff! Overall, it's a great spot that I’ll be recommending to friends and family. Moving across the country has made me appreciate Farmer Boys even more, and I miss this chain so much! Every time I visit home, I make it a point to stop by for their amazing fried zucchini. Highly recommend! Farmer Boys has a great selection of food and consistently delivers as a higher-end fast food restaurant. Although their prices are a bit higher than most local places, they offer a large variety of food with generous portions, and the employees are always welcoming and friendly from start to finish. When I'm in the mood for a quick breakfast, this is my go-to spot, as they never skimp on quality. I have a soft spot for their Cobb salad, chicken wraps, and the Denver omelette for breakfast. It seems like whatever you order, they take pride in making sure it's up to their high standards. On a recent visit, I met a friend for lunch—it was her first time at Farmer Boys. I had the Southwest Chicken Salad, and she chose the Breakfast Burrito with Bacon and Sausage. My salad was packed with fresh, crunchy lettuce and creamy dressing. The young lady who took our order was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, like extra napkins. I showed my appreciation by ringing the bell on my way out to let the staff know how much I enjoyed both the meal and the service. The food was pretty good overall, even if the kids meals seemed a tad overpriced. Despite a couple of quirks, like the onion rings, I'm likely to return for another visit. Thank you, Farmer Boys! Original Pancake House in Murrieta is one of my absolute favorites for breakfast. If you love breakfast foods as much as I do, then this is the place for you. I've never had a bad experience or meal here, and the food is always prepared fresh. Plus, they don't disappoint with the serving sizes. Make sure you get there early because there's usually a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it. The friendly faces at the door make you feel welcomed right from the start. The waitress was sweet, checking in just enough times without being intrusive. And I have to mention the coffee—it's strong, and I liked that the creamer came in a travel container. Although the Baja scramble had a bit too much cheese for my taste, cheese lovers would definitely enjoy it. The Dutch Baby and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. Even though the burrito was smaller than expected, it was still tasty. It was my first time here, and it truly lived up to the hype. Original Pancake House is a great spot for breakfast, brunch, and even lunch. The potato pancakes were a hit, and my wife loved her buckwheat pancakes. This is a typical busy diner, but it delivers exactly what you'd expect—clean surroundings, efficient staff, and food that’s hot and clean without being overly greasy. I appreciated how accommodating the staff was when we requested an egg white omelet. It came out piping hot and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of oil and fillings. The home fries were fresh and not greasy, though they could have used a bit more browning. The seasoning was mild, which I actually preferred for a healthier option. The gluten-free pancakes were impressively fluffy. Everything at our table was clean, from the flatware to the condiment containers. Although the service staff is hustling and seems a bit overworked, they managed to keep things running smoothly. The atmosphere is adequate, with nice wood paneling and lighting that's bright, but not too harsh. Overall, I wouldn't rush back only because the food felt a bit hurried, but if you're hungry and need a hearty breakfast in a hurry, this is your spot.

I had a meal at the Breakfast Club of Menifee and overall, the experience had its ups and downs. The food was decent, though a bit on the pricey side—expect to spend over $70 for three people. We tried the French toast, which tasted alright but seemed costly for the portion size. My wife’s omelette was quite good, although the hash browns were disappointingly off-tasting and felt like they'd been sitting around too long. One of the major highlights was the "hangover burger," which was both tasty and savory, complemented by crispy fries that hit the spot. The Cali Chicken sandwich stands out as a favorite, with its juicy chicken and fresh toppings making it a go-to item. Side salads were impressive, packed with fresh veggies and really added to the meal experience. However, the service was where things fell short. When we arrived, we weren’t greeted and had to manage our own seating arrangements. Despite arriving before other groups, they were seated ahead of us, which was frustrating. Once seated, our waitress initially seemed attentive, but her attention waned when we weren’t ready to order right away. We had to ask for drink refills, which should have been automatic. On the positive side, the staff was friendly overall, but there were moments, like when our server spilled ranch and didn’t promptly replace it, which took away from the overall experience. Lastly, be prepared for some challenging parking if you visit during busy hours. While there were some tasty elements to the meal, the combination of service hiccups and pricing makes it a bit of a mixed bag.
