The place is small but they have outdoor seating and the wait times are reasonable. Overall, it's a great place to get breakfast and they make it fun again instead of the same old same old. The only issue was that the pancake was undercooked, but the server quickly rectified the situation. Highly recommended!

Overall, my experience at DoveCote Restaurant for brunch in Orlando was a positive one. The atmosphere and ambiance was great and the service was excellent. The beignets were delicious and the menu looked very enticing. Our server, David, was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with great service. However, the food was a bit disappointing. The steak was cold and small, and the duck and waffles had a bitter syrup. I wouldn't personally recommend this restaurant, however, I believe they can do better.

We had our wedding reception at 310 Lakeside and it was an amazing night! The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch and we've been receiving compliments about it months later. The Ahi Tuna salad was perfect and the view of Lake Eola was mesmerizing. The staff and servers were amazing and the parking garage across the street was a plus. We highly recommend 310 Lakeside for any event!
