Make sure to sign up for the waiting list at the back exit of the place, not through the front door, or you will definitely stand out. I accidentally ordered the Chopper burger instead of the Cosmo, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. The Chopper burger blew me away with its combination of bacon, avocado, bacon jam, cheddar, and what I think was a gruyere cheese crisp, all on a brioche bun with mixed greens and grilled onions. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was stunning. It’s easily in the top 3 burgers I’ve had, and I’ve eaten my fair share across the States. I can’t wait to return and try the blue cheese burger. Apart from the burgers, I also tried the avocado toast. It looked beautiful, though a bit salty for my taste, and like many things these days, slightly pricey. Nevertheless, I've been coming here since 2018, and the food quality remains top-notch. The avocado fries are a personal favorite, and while I miss the monkey bread, they still have plenty of delightful options. If you enjoy a bit of spice, their habanero hot sauce is a must-try. Their breakfast is always a hit, especially the breakfast burrito. While it can get busy, it’s worth the wait, as you can really tell they prioritize quality ingredients and flavors.
