The combination of tastes and textures in every dish and cocktail is perfect. It's one of the reviewer's absolute favorite places in the city. However, one reviewer was disappointed with the dishes and wine, but they enjoyed the unique taste of the pasta and sophisticated drink menu. Another reviewer had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch with delicious beignets and quiche. The restaurant has a classy yet relaxed atmosphere and is a favorite in the neighborhood.

The limited menu still has something for everyone, and the food is outstanding. The exceptional service and accommodating staff, including managers Justin and Mika, make for an unforgettable meal. The steak is a must-try, and the cheesecake custard is creamy and delicious. Booking ahead is recommended, but the experience is well worth the effort. Tyler, our server, was kind, accommodating and understanding, and the hotel does not follow the rule of pre-made foods, accommodating preferences in meal prep. The roasted chicken was outstanding, and the shoestring fries were delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful, and The Commoner is a place to visit again and again.

The previous restaurant was disappointing, with generic breakfast options that were overpriced due to its location in the Marriott. However, the service was friendly and fast, and there were a variety of drink options to accompany the eggs. Despite the incorrect information about serving dinner and cocktails, the restaurant did not offer these options. Overall, the previous version of The Bistro was embarrassing in what was offered and had inconsistent hours.
