I stumbled upon The Art Bistro in the Richmond district and found a hidden treasure! This cafe may be tiny, but the food is absolutely delicious. It's highly affordable, and I almost felt guilty for paying so little. The people here are very kind and welcoming, making it a great spot to visit if you’re ever around Lands End. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich I got here, and the prices were pretty reasonable. We tried the lox bagel and sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich—both were super good and classic. Our total was just over $20, which felt like a fantastic deal. We each got a drink; my husband chose the Thai iced tea, which was really tasty, and I went for the coffee. It was well-brewed, not too strong nor too weak, just right. The bagels with melted cheese are a must-try, and the coffees are top-notch too. Bazaar Café in Richmond is genuinely one of the best spots I've been to in SF for breakfast. The calm music and the really nice people at the counter set a great vibe from the start. Their biscuits? Absolutely delicious. The garden outside is super cool, making early October the perfect time to visit. We hosted our engagement party in their incredible garden, and I honestly can't think of a better place for a gathering of 10-30 people. The garden is beautiful and has these amazing nooks and crannies, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere, especially since it's always somehow 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the city. Bazaar Café went above and beyond in creating a stunning spread for us—delicious bite-sized snacks, a charcuterie board, and the most amazing buttermilk biscuits and Bundt cakes. It was more than we could have hoped for. Plus, I love that the cafe supports local artists and musicians, making it a cornerstone of the Richmond community. It was great to celebrate in a place that aligns with our values and helps support neighborhood artists. This place has become my favorite in the city. The staff is genuinely friendly, working with you to share this incredible space for special events. I originally stumbled upon it while I had some time to kill and needed a place to review my notes. While I wasn't hungry then, the cappuccino I ordered was hands down the best coffee I've had in decades. It made me a fan instantly. The vibe on a sunny Thursday morning was perfect, and the homemade biscuit was fluffy and full of flavor. The chagaccino was delicious too. While some of the food didn't impress me entirely -- the egg and mushroom omelette was a bit watery and the potatoes were lacking in flavor -- the baked goods like croissants and muffins were delightful. If you're looking for a great coffee, a bagel, or a sweet treat, this is the spot to be. The staff is cheerful and bilingual, which adds to the pleasant experience. The cafe is clean with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I moved to Richmond four years ago and regret not trying Eats for Breakfast sooner! The crispy dishes are a standout—crispy biscuit, crispy French toast, crispy potatoes, you name it. The fried egg sandwich on a brioche bun was one of my favorites. On my last visit, I ordered the scrambled omelette, and it was delicious. The home fries, however, were a bit overcooked and too salty for my liking. I also sampled the fried chicken, which didn't have much flavor. Despite the small tables and close seating, the restaurant was impressively clean, including the restroom. We stopped by during the busy Clement St Farmers Market, and although it was crowded, the staff handled it well. We were seated quickly, and our server was fantastic. The food was outstanding! We tried the Avocado Toast with an egg and the Lemongrass chicken sandwich. The cilantro and pickled carrots on the sandwich were a perfect combination. The highlight was definitely the Eats potatoes. I cleaned my plate, and I'm sure you will too. They're world-class. We'll definitely be back. This was my first time at Sit & Stay Cafe, and what a great name! I love that there's a spot for food and drink right inside EB Park. I ended up with a hot dog and potato salad, which I'd rate 3.5 out of 5, but I was just grateful to have some food available at the park. The place is a dog lover's dream, with dogs everywhere due to the park and the groomer next door. It's a dog oasis! Everyone at the cafe, from the staff to the park visitors, is friendly toward both humans and dogs. I stumbled upon this place by accident, and I'm glad I did. The sandwiches are simple but delicious—I tried the club and the breakfast bagel, both great choices. The latte and Arnold Palmer were perfect refreshments. The picturesque view just adds to the experience. This place has a fantastic setup that consistently delivers. The staff is the best, always super friendly and providing excellent service. The food is of high quality, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. Although the wait time was about 20-30 minutes due to how busy they were, it was entirely worth it since everything was freshly prepared. After a swim, we stopped by for lunch and enjoyed a great sandwich, Dr Doug's, with good service. A friend had recommended this place, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The process is straightforward: you order at the front, get a ticket, pay, and then the food is brought to you. It was quite busy for a Friday, and I was informed it gets even busier. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a noisy baby, as a customer kindly asked if I could stop my child from banging on the table so he could hear his friend talking. He was nice about it, so I politely obliged. The staff is super friendly, and their customer service is excellent. The food really impressed me; even the chili tasted way better than it looked. I am eager to return to try their spicy tuna sandwich. Who knew Port Richmond, CA, would have such a vibrant small-town community feel? I absolutely love Andy's Donut Stop for breakfast in Richmond. One of my favorite things about this place is that they still offer French Cruller donuts, especially the chocolate ones. It's rare to find them these days because other shops think they're too hard or costly to make. The staff at Andy's is always super friendly, and the service is consistently great. I remember having fantastic conversations with the team, especially the lovely older Asian lady who always has a welcoming smile. Even though their Lotto machines were down when I visited, and I couldn't try their Brown Sugar Fresh Milk Boba drink because it wasn't available, I still had a great experience. I picked up a dozen donuts, and they were as fresh and soft as always. It's truly our favorite spot for breakfast because the donuts never disappoint. Plus, they're open 24 hours, so you can get your donut fix anytime. Just a word of caution: the area can be a bit dicey late at night, so it's best to stay aware of your surroundings if you're visiting during those hours.
