Walking into Ferretiz Grill & Cafe, I immediately felt at ease. It's not about the frills here; it's all about the attentive service and top-notch food. I ordered the chilaquiles, which wasn't on their physical menu but was on the Google menu. They graciously prepared it for me as they'd just updated their system. The variety of salsas was impressive, especially the habanero, which was incredibly delicious. The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was simply outstanding. This place truly deserves its 4.8 rating on Google. On our visit, my wife and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast. I devoured the three meat breakfast burrito, while my wife loved her grilled chicken fajita omelet. The salsa was flavorful, striking the right balance for our taste. Our dishes came with a fresh fruit bowl, which showed the care they put into their selections. The owner was welcoming and attentive, making our experience even better. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were inviting, with colorful table settings adding a cheerful touch. After our long drive from Orange County on our way to the Ronald Reagan Library, Ferretiz was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a satisfying meal. It's now our go-to whenever we're in the area. Can't recommend this place enough!

I visit Jerry's Coffee Shop in Simi Valley regularly for breakfast, and it never disappoints. The service is always efficient, and the food is delicious. It's important to remember they only take cash, but there's an ATM on-site if needed, though it comes with fees. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's shared with a small car dealership, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Even though Jerry is no longer there, the new owners are doing a fantastic job of maintaining the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The decor and the nostalgic photos on the walls remain, adding to the charm of the place. I've been coming here for about four years, and I still love the generous portions and the friendly staff. This isn't a fancy coffee shop, but if you're after good food and a good vibe, it's worth checking out. Our breakfast was great—perfectly cooked eggs over easy, delicious hashbrowns and home fries, and tasty toast and English muffins. We also tried the tuna sandwich, which was fresh but a bit on the smaller side. Overall, Jerry's is a nice, laid-back diner with a relaxing feel and reasonable prices. I’ll definitely keep coming back for breakfast!

I had an excellent breakfast at Firehouse Cafe in Simi Valley. The pancakes were truly memorable and delicious, and everything we ate was top-notch. The service was great, and the atmosphere of the place was nice. This is probably one of the best breakfast spots in Simi. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. My wife and I stopped in during our motorcycle ride from Simi Valley to Malibu, and the staff welcomed us warmly, helmets and all. We were seated right away and had friendly chats with several staff members as they passed by our table. The food was incredible—there wasn’t a single item on the menu that we wouldn’t order. Everything was perfect, and the coffee was excellent too. While they don’t offer a military discount, the manager generously gave us a free pastry since it was our first visit, which we appreciated. I highly recommend this place for a quiet breakfast or brunch date. The French toast was incredible, and the corned beef was spot on. It’s definitely a must-visit. There's usually a short wait on weekends, but it’s worth it. I love this place and have been going there for years. It's always busy, but that’s to be expected when something is this good. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I stopped by Burger Express Fresh Mexican Grill in Simi Valley for breakfast and it was a fantastic experience. I had tried half an Asada torta from a friend and was instantly hooked, so I knew I had to come back for the whole thing. This torta is a massive delight packed with flavors and all the right toppings. They don’t skimp on anything, and it's everything the hype promised. If you’re in the area, it’s a must-try. On my visit, I also decided to order a turkey sandwich and fries. The place was easy to find with plenty of parking, and inside it was clean and welcoming. The service was quick—I only waited about five minutes—and the staff was friendly. The turkey sandwich was decent, though I wish it came with bacon. The fries were excellent and plentiful. I’ve also tried the lettuce wrap burger with grilled onions, and it did not disappoint. The burger was one of the tastiest I've had in town. The service was great, and the atmosphere felt happy and chill. I can't wait to try more of their menu items. Burger Express offers amazing food, super kind people, and reasonable prices. I've been a fan of visiting The Baker's Daughter for breakfast in Simi Valley, and it's always a treat. The Turkey BLT on freshly baked sourdough is outstanding, with the bread adding a perfect touch to the sandwich. Their almond cake, made with ricotta, strikes a delightful balance between a cheesecake texture and an almond flavor, pairing beautifully with a cup of coffee. The natural brown and cream color scheme of the café adds to its inviting atmosphere. Even when it's busy, the quality of their fresh baked goods and excellent coffee stands out. The food is fantastic overall, and it's a place I definitely want to return to. While the prices can feel steep, the offerings make it worth the occasional splurge. A solid choice for anyone looking for a tasty breakfast in the area.

The ambiance at Junkyard Cafe is a unique blend of 60's hippie culture, 70's roadhouse vibes, and a touch of current political discourse. While there, I overheard engaging conversations about the current administration, classic movies, and even motorcycle choices. The food exceeded my expectations, with a wide array of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Becky, our server, was incredibly attentive, offering great suggestions and ensuring our drinks were always refilled promptly. The stinky fries have become my new favorite indulgence. The menu offers a ton of choices, and I’m thrilled we decided to visit. The environment is truly one-of-a-kind, with nostalgic memorabilia and advertisements lining the walls, alongside local business info on the tables. The owner is truly memorable, and I'll make it a point to return whenever I'm in Simi Valley. Although my pizza was a bit oily, it was still tasty, and the staff was accommodating and prompt with our orders. The fun atmosphere, decent food, and good service make this spot a hidden gem in the back of a shopping center, and the ample parking was a pleasant surprise.

The food is outstanding, and the service is top-notch. Our first visit was for breakfast, and the second for lunch, and each time, everything we tried was delicious. Living in Simi for years, I can't believe we hadn't tried this place sooner—we were definitely missing out! The menu has something for everyone with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive, enhancing our experience. The breakfast burrito, especially with the salsa on top, was a standout, as were the tall coffee cups—they know how to keep you caffeinated! The onion rings stood out with their amazing flavor and crunch, and the gyros were deliciously made to order, offering quick Greek comfort food at its finest. The price is reasonable considering the portion size, and the gyros meal comes with either fries or onion rings, plus a cup for the soda machine. The breakfast omelette was a highlight for me, and easily my favorite in Simi and beyond. It had the perfect amount of ingredients and was cooked to perfection, unlike the dry versions I've had elsewhere. Overall, everything was great, and I can't wait to go back!

Oh my god, this place is great. If you're on the fence, this is your sign to give Campos Famous Burritos a try. Everything is delicious. We got a couple of burritos, taquitos, and the best flan I've ever had in my life. HIGHLY recommend. The bacon burrito is life affirming and pretty much why I come here for breakfast. I used to get their nachos, and remember those being top-notch as well. If you haven’t been here in a while, they accept cards now, so no need to carry cash. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Campos Famous Burritos is always a good choice. It’s been a local favorite here in Simi Valley for years. The fresh, authentic Mexican flavor and quality will quickly make this a regular spot for you. The staff is extremely friendly and quick. You can walk in and order or call ahead for a fast curbside pickup. If you’re dining in, consider their nice outdoor patio. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve been enjoying Campos since the 1980s in Santa Monica and was thrilled to find one in Simi Valley when I moved my family here. The food has been consistently delicious for 40 years! Ground beef hard shell tacos, the "panzon" burritos (enchilada style), and Chile relleno are family favorites. And don’t forget plenty of salsa, which is arguably the best in the world.

Eggs N Things in Simi Valley is a breakfast gem! My family and I have been frequenting it for the past few weeks, and every visit has been delightful. My boys can't get enough of the pumpkin pancakes, and I had the best chicken fried steak of my life. The Swedish pancake served as an appetizer is a wonderful touch, adding to the experience. We visited on December 30th for breakfast, and it was one of the best dining experiences I've had. Our waiter, Michael, was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending the Shredded Pork Omelette, which was fantastic. The complimentary Swedish pancakes were a delicious surprise, and the toast was fresh with tasty seeds. We also tried the Belgian waffles, which were good, and the fresh orange juice and tea seemed to be made with love. The restaurant has a bustling and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathrooms were clean and well-organized. It's a favorite spot for locals, and the smiles on everyone's faces when we walked in told me a lot about the place. The portions are generous and every dish we tried was flavorful. My brother's biscuits and gravy were out of this world. Despite a short wait, which is expected on a Sunday morning, everything else was perfect. The churro waffle didn't have the cinnamon sugar as pictured, but it still tasted great. If you're in the area, you need to visit Eggs N Things—walk, take an Uber, or a taxi, but make sure to experience this fantastic breakfast spot. You won't regret it!

The hot sauce was so exceptional that I had to buy some to take home! Alyssa, our server, was fantastic. She was accommodating and attentive to my family, making our experience even better. The food was consistently yummy, and I truly wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. Back in California after a few years, I drove two hours to meet friends and introduce them to The Flying Yolk. The quality was just as great as I remembered. I had the Maple Fried, and it was amazing. The syrup wasn't too sweet and paired perfectly with the bacon. Their tater tots were a highlight—fresh, crispy, and never oily. You have to try the beans; they're made from scratch and absolutely delicious. It can get busy, but that's because the food is so good, and it's definitely worth the wait. When we first pulled up, I didn't expect much, but I was really surprised by how fantastic everything was. The service was great, the music set a nice tone, and the food was amazing. I'd happily travel the 35 miles to eat here again. The fresh orange juice is a must-try, and my husband, who loves breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed this charming country eatery. I have to rave about the avocado toast—it was out of this world! I've never had it prepared like that, and it was absolutely delicious. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Eating breakfast at Beeps Diner in Simi Valley is like stepping back in time to the 1950s, and it's an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere is a delightful blast from the past, with vibrant neon lights and fun 50's characters throughout the place. It's better than most restaurants because of its unique style. The food? Simply excellent. The menu is huge, offering everything from an Alaskan Cod Burger to a Monte Cristo. The portion sizes are generous, especially the garlic fries and pies. The prices are surprisingly affordable, unaffected by the inflation you see elsewhere. I couldn't believe that the Alaskan Cod Burger was just $5.99, which is a steal compared to what you'd pay for a simple fast-food burger. Beeps Diner has quickly become a favorite spot for my family and me. It's ranked high in our rotation of places to eat, especially given the quality and price. We even ordered dessert, a banana split that satisfied four of us after a big meal. The service was on point, making the whole experience even better. We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and were seated within 30 minutes, just as they said. Although the "authentic Mexican" options weren't great, it's understandable with a menu boasting over 500 items. The diner vibe is just fantastic, and there are so many choices to love. My niece devoured the pancakes, my oldest niece enjoyed the cheeseburger, we all raved about the French Toast, and I absolutely loved the AM burger. The customer service was friendly and efficient throughout our visit. I highly recommend checking out Beeps Diner. It's a great spot with a perfect blend of atmosphere, delicious food, and unbeatable prices!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and pleasant, making every visit enjoyable. My family loves this place, and you can't beat the price for the quality of food and service. It's like a throwback to those classic mom-and-pop shops. On our last visit, I had a chili dog and fries, my son had a Monte Cristo and fries, and we only paid $19.20 before tip—great food at very reasonable prices! Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed; I wish I caught her name. And a special thanks to Kenny for the excellent customer service. When I visited Royal Bagel Deli for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their bagels. The bagel with lox was delicious, with freshly prepared ingredients and obvious care in its preparation. While some parts were a bit salty, the overall taste was impressive. Despite the bagels being a bit smaller and priced higher than those at a grocery store, they were far superior in taste. I learned that they only keep a few bagels in the display to ensure freshness, so it's worth asking about their stock. The deli is family-run, with prices that beat chain stores, offering loaded bagel sandwiches for under $6. It's a great spot to support a local business, and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
